Technical Conditions for Open Presses
3.1.1 The drawings and technical documents of the press should comply with the requirements of this standard, and can only be put into production after being approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The press must not cause danger to personnel when manufacturing, installing, transporting, storing and using it. The safety protection of the press should comply with the requirements of JB3350 and have reliable protection devices or measures. 3.1.3 The parameters and dimensions of the press should be given priority to the recommended values ??specified in JB/T5247.2. 3.1.4 The press should be equipped with necessary accessories and spare wearing parts when it leaves the factory. The accessories should comply with relevant regulations. The purchased accessories should obtain certificates and be installed on the press for operation tests. Special accessories or attachment devices shall be agreed upon between the user and the manufacturer and may be supplied randomly or ordered separately. 3.2 Reliability
3.2.1 For mass-produced presses, sampling should be conducted for reliability testing in accordance with the provisions of relevant standards or technical documents. Approved by the State Administration of Machinery Industry on July 17, 1998 for implementation on December 1, 1998

3.6 Requirements for castings, silver, and welding parts

3.6.4 The fuselage, slider and crankshaft should have proof of material performance. Important parts such as connecting rods and flywheels should be aged. 3.7 Requirements for processing
3.7.1 The processing of parts should comply with the requirements of design, process and relevant standards, and the processed surface should not have burrs or spots. If there is damage to the machine board or other damage, unless otherwise specified, the sharp edges should be blunted. 3.7.2 There should be no traces of the previous process on the scraped sliding surfaces
on the working surfaces of the guide rails and bearing bushes. The scraping and grinding points should be uniform. When scraping and grinding, use the joint surface of the fitting (or grinding tool) for color inspection. It should be ensured that the number of contact points within each 25mm × 25mm area should be no less than eight for the bearing bush. 3.12.2 The coating of the unmachined surfaces of all parts and accessories on the press should comply with the regulations of ZBJ50011. 3.12.3 The nameplate of the press and The fixing of various signs should be obvious, smooth, solid and not skewed. 4 Inspection Rules
4.1 General Principles of Inspection
4.1.1 Each press must pass the factory inspection by the manufacturer's inspection department before it can leave the factory. 4.1.2 For new Trial production appraisal of products or old products transferred to factory production. 4.7.1 Time, action specifications and frequency of dry running test. The dry running time should be no less than 1.5h, of which the running time of continuous strokes should be no less than 1h. 4.9 Load test

4.9.1 The press should generally undergo a full load test before leaving the factory. For the full-load test method, one of the following should be selected based on the manufacturer's conditions and the requirements of the superior (or user): a) Use the punching method to do the full-load test. The number of tests should be no less than three times. The calculation of the punching force and The requirements for molds and test pieces are in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A of ZBJ62027-89.
b) Use the precision pressed copper rod method or other corresponding methods to conduct simulated load tests. The simulated test load is 75% to 100% of the nominal force of the press, and the time should be no less than 2 hours, of which the single and continuous strokes should be no less than 1 hour each. 4.9.2 When using the simulated load test, the dry running test in 4.7 can no longer be performed, and the corresponding bearing and guide rail temperature rise measurements can be performed during the simulated load test.
4.9.3 For new products or modified design products, overload tests should be conducted at 120% of the nominal force, and the number of times should be no less than five times. 4.10 Accuracy inspection
4.10.1 The accuracy inspection of the press should comply with the regulations of ZBJ62019. 4.10.2 The total clearance of the force-applying mechanism of the press should be inspected before leaving the factory. 6 Remanufacturer Guarantee
Under the condition that the user abides by the transportation, storage, installation and use regulations of the press, the manufacturer should guarantee that the product will be accurate within 12 months from the date of shipment. When the work cannot be carried out due to quality problems, the manufacturer shall be responsible for guaranteeing repairs, replacements, and returns. 5
