This standard is a revision of JB/T56211-94 "Quality Grading of Coupling Capacitors and Capacitive Voltage Dividers". During the revision, in addition to the editorial modification of the original standard, the main technical contents have been changed as follows: 1 In Table 1, a) Capacitance deviation is changed to: same as qualified products. b) Partial discharge performance is changed to: first-class products are not more than 8pC; superior products are not more than 5pC. c) The appearance in Table 2 and the contents related to packaging in Chapter 5 are placed in Table 1. 2 Add the item "Inspection" in Table 2.
3 The requirements for component drawings and core pre-baking are deleted in Table 3. 4 Added the requirement that the enterprise management must pass ISO9000 quality system certification in the category of superior products, 5 Added the requirements for the division of specification segments. 6 Provisions are made for the sampling of products of the same variety and specification segment. This standard replaces JB/T 56211-94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and coordinated by the National Power Capacitor Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard is Xi'an Power Capacitor Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Zhu.
This standard was first issued in January 1989.
This standard is entrusted to Xi'an Power Capacitor Research Institute for interpretation. I
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the quality classification of coupling capacitors and capacitor voltage dividers, and the inspection and evaluation methods. JB/T562111999
JB/T5621194
This standard applies to the following capacitors in power systems with a frequency range of 15Hz to 60Hz and an altitude of no more than 1000m: e) Coupling capacitors used in power line carrier (PI.C) systems with a frequency range of 30~500kIIz on high voltage overhead lines: b) Capacitor dividers used in capacitive voltage sensors: e) Coupling capacitors used for overvoltage protection and other similar purposes. Hereinafter referred to as "products". This standard is a unified definition of the level of product quality (including design quality and manufacturing quality), and is the basis for assessing product quality, product classification and grading, and enterprise upgrading (quality indicators). 2 Reference standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the text of this standard before being cited in this standard. At the time of publication of the standard, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. 3 Definitions
Coupling capacitors and capacitive voltage dividers (cnv1EC60358: 1990) In addition to the definitions specified in GB3/T 2900.16, this standard also uses the following definitions. 3.1 Main quality indicators
Electrical performance that reflects the main characteristics of the product and parameters directly related to durability, reliability and life, etc. 3.2 Key processes
Main processes that ensure product performance and are directly related to the main quality indicators of the product during the product production process. 3.3 Defects
A defect is constituted when the quality characteristics of a unit product or component do not meet the requirements of the Taiwan regulations. According to the degree of influence on the quality characteristics of unit products or parts, defects are divided into:
a) Class A defects: defects that make the key quality characteristics of the product not meet the requirements are called Class A defects. b) Class B defects: defects that make the important quality characteristics of the product not meet the requirements are called Class B defects, c) Class C defects: defects that make the general quality characteristics of the product not meet the requirements are called Class C defects. 4 Scope and content of assessment indicators
