CB/T9253.2—1999
This standard is based on the API SPHC5B "Inspection of Pipe, Processing, Measurement and Inspection of Pipe Threads in American Customary Units" (1995, 12th edition), and is equivalent to the standard in terms of technical content and writing format. This standard deletes the parts related to the subject content and scope of application of the standard, including: the bottom page of the standard, special statement, Appendix A "Shipping Instructions for Calibration Gauges", Appendix B "Instructions for API Applicants to Use Marks", Appendix C "Requirements for AP1 Gauge Certification Organizations", Appendix D "API Publications--List, Application for the Right to Use the AP1 Monogram (Including Documents A and B)", as well as 1.4 Meter Conversion and 2.3 Equivalent Standards, and revised the questions and chart formats that do not meet the requirements of national standards. The main difference between this standard and API SPEC 5B is that it is basically in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.11993. It is used to explain and annotate. For the convenience of use, the technical standard adds an appendix "Approved by relevant national departments!" to provide detailed information about the current appraisal institutions.
According to the provisions of 4.2.3.2 in GB/T 1.11993 Standard Catalytic Work Guide Unit 1: Standard Drafting and Presentation Planning Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standardization Writing, this standard retains the foreword of the original API standard and adds the "current market" part; according to 5.8.2, this standard adopts all the statutory basic units promulgated by the state. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder.

API Foreword
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the API General Materials Standardization Subcommittee. This version includes the content approved by letter voting during 1394. The standard was published in 1939 as Std5Bt Pipe Internal and External Thread Inspection Specifications. The 4th edition was published in 1962. In addition to thread inspection, its content also adds The AP [Standards 5A, 5AC, 5AX and 5I] include the size requirements for the threads and thread gauges of casing, tubing, line pipe and couplings, the measurement operation regulations, gauge specifications and gauge case regulations. S1.d5R 4th edition was renamed as the processing, measurement and inspection specifications for casing, tubing and line pipe threads. Many of them are here. We would like to express our gratitude to the American Iron Company for dedicating its patent for the trapezoidal casing and the Armco Steel Company Armco Division for dedicating its patent for the straight-connected casing to the public.

Dc 20 ocs. 1 Scope 1.1 Content National Standard of the People's Republic of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Processing, Measurement and Inspection of Casing, Tubing and Line Pipe Threads Petroleum This standard covers the requirements for the dimensions and marking of threads and thread gauges that meet this standard, thread measurement methods, thread gauge specifications and identification regulations, and instrument methods for inspecting the threads of pipelines, threaded casings and tubing, threaded casings and straight-connected casings. This standard is applicable to products produced in accordance with GB/T 711.1 and SY/T 6191. The measurement methods for thread taper, pitch, thread height, thread angle and flank angle are applicable to threads with no more than 11 threads per 25.4 mm. The listed thread effective dimensions without deviation are only used as the basis for connection design. Individuals shall not be measured to determine whether the product should be modified or rejected. 1.2 Inspection
The vibration inspection is applicable to the inspection before shipment at the manufacturing site, the inspection conducted at any location, the inspection conducted after delivery at the place of delivery, and the inspection conducted by the inspection personnel on behalf of the buyer or the party. The manufacturer may choose other instruments or methods to control production work at will. However, product acceptance can only be determined by the inspection results conducted in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 1.3 Other requirements

This standard applies to the following definitions.

The best design is to allow the full deviation (more than 1") over the entire length. For internal thread, the measurement range of the distance is the length range from the boring hole T surface to the plane of +1 tooth from the center of the grip. 2) In the following case, L is the distance from the center end to the vanishing point plane (located at the maximum outer diameter of the pipe) within the above negative density range: if the distance from the pipe end to the vanishing point plane (located at the center of the outer diameter of the pipe) is within the above negative density range, the deviations listed are applicable to internal and external inspection systems unless otherwise specified. The maximum permissible deviation of the pitch is the maximum permissible deviation over the entire length of the pipe.
