Appendix C
Test method for heat resistance, self-adhesion and heat stress cracking of self-adhesive rubber tape (supplement)
Cut a 150±10mm long section from the finished tape roll, remove the isolation layer, stretch it by 200%~300%, wrap it in a semi-overlapping manner, and wrap it around a metal rod with a diameter of 10±0.2mm in four layers, with a wrapping length of 50±5mm. C2 Heat resistance test
After placing the test tape at an ambient temperature of 23±2℃ for 4h, prepare 3 samples according to the sample preparation method of C1, and then place the samples in an electric blast drying oven at 100±2℃ (without blasting) and take them out after 168h. If there is no loosening, deformation, cracking, surface bubbles, etc. on the 3 samples, the test is passed, otherwise the test is not passed. C3
Self-adhesion test
Put the sample strip at an ambient temperature of 23±2℃ for 4 hours, and then prepare 3 test pieces according to the C1 test piece preparation method, and then place the test pieces at the same temperature for 24 hours. If none of the 3 test pieces loosen automatically, the test is passed. If one test piece loosens, the test is not passed. C4 Heat stress cracking test
Put the sample strip at an ambient temperature of 23±2℃ for 4 hours, and then prepare 3 test pieces according to the C1 test piece preparation method, and then suspend the test pieces in a drying oven at 130±2℃ with electric heating and blasting, and take them out after 1 hour. If none of the 3 test pieces crack, the test is passed. If one test piece cracks, the test is not passed.
