Specification
Parallelism tolerance
4.4 Performance of the whole machine
4.4.1 The machine should run smoothly without friction. 4.4.2 The leather feeding operation should have reliable safety protection devices, and the exposed rotating parts should have reliable anti-loosening and safety protection devices. 4.4.3 The insulation resistance of the electrical system should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T522613.1. 4.4.4 The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃. 4.4.5 The sound power level of the machine's idling noise shall not exceed 100dB (A). 4.5 Working accuracy
4.5.1 The surface of the front leather is flat and free of ripples after grinding. 4.5.2 The suede leather is fine and even after grinding.
4.6 Appearance quality
4.6.1 The words and symbols in various nameplates should be clear and durable, and the position should be eye-catching, correct, firm and reliable. 4.6.2 The surface of the electroplated parts should be smooth and shiny, and there should be no defects such as peeling and blistering. 4.6.3 The paint should not have defects such as paint, sagging, and shedding. 5 Test method
5.1 Inspection of Article 4.2.14.2.3 of this standard: The journals of the bearings of the leather grinding roller and the feeding roller are supported on the two-edged V-shaped frame respectively, and the shafts are positioned. During the rotation of the leather grinding roller and the feeding roller, use a dial indicator to measure three places according to the effective working width, and take the maximum value of the measured runout as the radial runout of the leather grinding roller and the feeding roller. 5.2 Inspection of Article 4.2.2 of this standard: Conduct on a dynamic balancing test machine. 5.3 Inspection of Articles 4.3.1 and 4.3.2 of this standard: Fix the dial indicator on the frame, respectively test the outer circle of the leather grinding roller and the feed roll, rotate the leather grinding roller and the feed roll for one circle, measure the leather grinding roller at three locations evenly divided according to the effective working width, and take the maximum value of the measured runout as the radial circular runout of the leather grinding roller; for the feed roll, measure the two ends within the effective working width, and take the maximum value of the measured runout as the radial circular runout of the feed roll. 5.4 Inspection according to Article 4.3.3 of this standard: As shown in the figure below, the V-shaped gauge is leveled and fixed on the leather grinding roller, and the dial indicator is fixed on the slide. The slide is moved to measure the two ends of the feed roller within the effective working width, and the readings are taken in two directions. The parallelism error between the leather grinding roller and the feed roller axis is: f (M--M,)?+(M,-M)2
Where: f parallelism error between the leather grinding roller and the feed roller axis, mmM-maximum reading of the vertical dial indicator, mm; M-minimum reading of the vertical dial indicator, mm
M-maximum reading of the horizontal dial indicator, mm; M-minimum reading of the horizontal dial indicator, mm. 174
