5.1 Test conditions
a) The instruments and meters used for measurement shall have a valid calibration certificate and meet the measurement accuracy requirements. The instruments shall be checked and calibrated before the test;
b) The ambient temperature is 0~40℃, the relative humidity is below 80%, and the altitude does not exceed 1500mc) The walking test shall be carried out on a flat, dry, and well-adhesive dirt road, and its length shall not be less than 20m; d) The climbing test shall be carried out on a flat, solid taxi ramp or gravel clay ramp The slope of the ramp is not less than the specified value, and the length is not less than 10m
5.2 Idle running test
Connect the air source, check whether the connections meet the requirements, and whether there are any wrong installation or missing installation; start the travel motor to carry out forward, backward, turning and other tests, check whether the travel is normal, and whether the travel direction is consistent with the operating direction; start the oil pump, run it idle for about 10 minutes, check whether the pressure and the operating direction of the multi-way valve handle are consistent with the direction of its action, whether the pressure reducing valve works normally, and can be adjusted to the range specified in Table 1.
5.3 Chassis function test
a) The drilling vehicle drives normally, and its travel speed is measured with a tape measure and a stopwatch; b) Fix one end of a tensioner with an effective range, and connect the other end to the drilling vehicle with a wire rope, and measure its traction while the drilling vehicle is driving;
c) The propeller is in a vertical state, and the chassis of the drilling vehicle pitches with the help of the leveling cylinder, and the track leveling angle is detected with a weight and an angle gauge. 5.4 Climbing and braking test
Driving on a specified slope, the distance is not less than 5m: while measuring the climbing ability, the drill vehicle moves downward, brakes suddenly, and uses a tape measure to measure the sliding distance, repeat three times, and take the average value. 5.5 Drill arm function test
The drill arm should be stable when performing various actions and can be braked at any position. At the same time, it should meet the following requirements: a) The drill arm is used to make pitch movements with the help of the arm cylinder, and its pitch angle is detected by using a weight and an angle gauge; b) The drill arm is adjusted to an appropriate angle, the thruster is in a horizontal position, and the weight is hung on the front and rear ends of the drill arm. The drill arm is swung with the help of the swing arm cylinder. A fan-shaped surface diagram of the left and right extreme positions of the drill arm is drawn on the ground, and the swing angle of the drill arm O is calculated using formula (1): = 2arc tan (ab-cd)/(2h)
Where: ab is the swing distance of the front end point of the drill arm; cd is the swing distance of the rear end point of the drill arm; hab is the distance between cd.
5.6 Functional test of thruster
JB/T10247—2001
a) Use a steel wire rope to connect a tensioner with an effective measuring range between the support frame and the slide plate, start the thrust motor, read the tension value after 5s of the static state, repeat three times, and take the average value as the measured lifting force; b) Adjust the thruster to a horizontal state, start the thrust motor, move the rotator to the limit position at the rear end of the thruster, and measure its effective thrust stroke with a tape measure;
c) Move the thruster on the bracket with the help of the compensation cylinder, and measure the compensation length at its limit position with a tape measure; d) When the thruster is in a vertical state, use the thruster swing cylinder to make the thruster swing left and right, use a weight and an angle gauge to detect the swing angle, and move the positioning pin to detect the swing angle of the thruster when the swing cylinder is fixed in two holes: e) The thruster pitches with the help of the pitch cylinder, and the pitch angle is detected with a weight and an angle gauge. 5.7 Sealing performance test
During the whole process of testing, observe whether there is leakage at the joints and pipe joints of the gas and liquid systems at any time: after 15 minutes of static pressure maintenance, there should be no obvious leakage at the joints; move the center of gravity of the thruster to the front end, extend the arm cylinder to the maximum, and the retraction amount of the piston rod in 4 hours should be less than 3mm.
5.8 Thread tightening torque test
Use a torque wrench to randomly check the tightening torque of fasteners and pipe joints at key parts of the product. 5.9 Rock drilling test
The gas consumption of rock drilling products shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5621. The noise test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5898. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
