With the rapid expansion of retail enterprises, the shortage of talent in the retail industry has become an important factor restricting the rapid development of enterprises. For a long time, due to the high turnover of grassroots employees in enterprises, enterprises lack standardized training and assessment mechanisms for grassroots employees, resulting in uneven skills of grassroots employees, and the cost of recruitment, evaluation and assessment has increased, which is difficult to adapt to the development of the industry. This standard is based on some of the top 100 national chain stores and other retail enterprises with rapid development and high management level in China's modern retail industry. By collecting, summarizing, organizing and refining the skills and corresponding business knowledge that the receivers of retail stores should master, the job function characteristics of the receivers of major formats such as department stores and supermarkets are comprehensively considered, and the requirements of some foreign-funded retail stores for grassroots employees are appropriately referred to. The advanced practices of many enterprises are summarized, and the requirements of various laws and regulations on the retail industry are considered. The skills and corresponding business knowledge that the receivers of retail stores should master are proposed, and specific and highly operational suggestions are made for the training and assessment of personnel in this position in the appendix, which lays a good foundation for retail enterprises to cultivate talents in stages to support their strategic expansion. 1 Scope
