5.1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped with technical documents proving the quality of the product. 5.2 The factory inspection of the product shall be carried out by the manufacturer according to the inspection specifications formulated by the specific product. 5.3 The performance test of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5621. 5.4 The noise measurement of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5898. 5.5 The cleanliness test of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T4041. 5.6 The telescopic distance of the product's starting device shall be inspected by visual inspection. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The factory inspection of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.1 and 5.2. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 The product shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following situations: a) New products developed (including old products when they are transferred to the factory for production) b) When there are major changes in the design, process or materials used in the product c) Products produced in batches or in large quantities shall be subjected to type inspection every 3 to 5 years; d) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 For products subjected to type inspection, 5 units shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. 6.3 When inspecting the quality of products, the normal inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the sampling plan of GB/T2828, and the general inspection level I shall be adopted. 7.1 Each product shall have a label in accordance with GB/T13306 in a conspicuous position. The content includes: a) Manufacturer name and trademark: b) Product model and product name: c) Output power; d) Output speed: e) Acceptance air pressure: f) Product number; f) Manufacturing date (year, month). 7.2 The quality of product packaging shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7302. 7.3 The following documents shall be attached to the product packaging: a) Packing list; b) Product certificate: c) Product installation, use and maintenance instructions. 7.4 The product shall be waterproof, moisture-proof and sun-proof during transportation and storage.
