JB/T6501-1992
Drilling rigs should be protected from mechanical damage during transportation. When towed drilling rigs are towed and transported on roads, the driving speed shall not exceed 20km/h. 6.2.4
6.3 Storage
6.3.1 Drilling rigs should be stored in a dry, ventilated, rainproof and non-corrosive environment. When stored for a long time, they should be regularly inspected, maintained and serviced according to the requirements of the instruction manual.
6.3.2 When towed drilling rigs are stored for a long time, the trailer should be lifted up by a support mechanism or pads to keep the tires off the ground. 7
Quality Assurance
If the user complies with the instructions for use provided by the drilling rig manufacturer, within one year from the date of the user's delivery, if the rig is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. a: The drilling rig shall be inspected before leaving the factory: JB/T6501-1992
b. The drilling rig shall be inspected under normal technical status and normal lubrication conditions. 5.2.2.2 Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the items specified in Articles 4.1.6, 4.3.2~4.3.9, 4.3.10a, 4.3.11, 4.4.1~4.4.4, 4.4.10, 4.4.12, 4.4.13 and 4.4.15 of this standard. 5.2.2.3 Sampling and determination principles
Sampling and determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The form, batch and AQL value of random inspection shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.2.3 Type inspection
5.2.3.1 Inspection conditions
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Pre-production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d. When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; e. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection; f. When mass production is carried out, it should be carried out at least once every 2 to 3 years. 5.2.3.2 Inspection items
a. All items of factory inspection;
b. Inspection of items specified in Articles 4.4.5 to 4.4.9, Article 4.4.11 and Article 4.4.14 of this standard. Among them, Articles 4.4.11 and 4.4.14 cannot be carried out during routine supervisory sampling. 5.2.3.3 Sampling and judgment principles
There shall be at least 2 drilling rigs for type inspection. If one item of the drilling rig under inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted from the original batch of products to inspect the failed item. If it still fails, the batch of drilling rigs shall be judged as unqualified. 5.2.4 Reliability test shall be conducted once every 3 to 5 years. At least 3 drilling rigs shall be sampled for reliability test each time. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
Fix the product nameplate in a conspicuous position on the drilling rig frame. Its contents include a. Product name and model;
b. Main technical parameters;
c. Factory date and number;
d. Manufacturer name.
6.2 Packaging and transportation
6.2.1 When transporting the drilling rig, the main engine, main drill pipe and connecting drill pipe are allowed to be naked, but the threaded part of the threaded drill pipe must be equipped with a protective cap. The drilling rig's accessory tools, spare parts and random technical documents should be packed firmly and reliably. 6.2.2
The random technical documents shipped out of the factory should include:
