3.1 Single-rope winding mine hoists are divided into single-drum winding type and double-drum winding type (hereinafter referred to as: "single-drum hoist" and "double-drum hoist\" respectively).

4 Technical requirements

The product shall meet the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures: The product shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines" and the "Safety Regulations for Metallurgical Mines". 4.2
4.3 The product shall be operated in a machine room without explosive media and with an air temperature of 5~40℃. The materials and accessories used in the product shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards and industry standards. 4.4
The wearing parts, spare parts and general parts of the product shall ensure interchangeability. 4.6
Before painting the product, the rust removal quality of the surface of the steel parts shall comply with the provisions of St2 level in GB8923. The appearance of the paint layer is not allowed to have defects such as pinholes, bubbles, cracks, shedding, flow and missing paint that affect the appearance. 4.7 Before assembly, the pipes and fittings of the lubrication and hydraulic systems must be pickled and coated with anti-rust oil. 4.8 The noise pressure level of the product at the operating table position shall not exceed 85dB(A). 4.9 Spindle device
4.9.1 No white spots and cracks are allowed inside the spindle, and the requirements for inclusions and non-crack defects are as follows: a. Single, sporadic, scattered defects and dense defects within the 2/3 diameter of the main shaft axis shall comply with the provisions of Table 2; Table 2

b. Outside the 2/3 diameter of the main shaft axis, 6 single and scattered defects with an equivalent of ≤Φ5mm are allowed; dense defects with an equivalent of <4mm are allowed, but the area of the defective area shall not exceed 5% of the inspected area. 4.9.2 The support plate of the brake disc on the drum, the welds connecting the web plate and the drum plate, and the welds between the blocks and the welds at the connection between the web plate and the supporting ring should be inspected by flaw detection and should meet the requirements of Class II welds specified in JB11345. The drum should be subjected to high-temperature overall annealing after welding
4.9.3 For double-layer hoists with rope grooves, the difference in the circumference of the bottom of the single-circle rope groove of the two drums shall not exceed 2mm when D=2.0~3.5m; and not exceed 3mm when D=4~5m.

The total runout of the rear end face of the brake disc assembly is 0.5mm, and the surface roughness parameter R. value is 3.2um. 4.9.5
4.9.6When the number of wire rope layers wound on the rope groove drum reaches two or more layers, the wire rope layer transition block must be set in the transition area between the wire rope layers.
4.9.7The temperature rise of the main bearing shall not exceed 20°C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 60°C. 4.9.8
Oil leakage.
The moving parts of the rope clutch should be flexible and reliable, and should be able to engage and disengage smoothly under the specified pressure. The oil cylinder and pipeline system should not be leaking. Disc brake device

4.10.1 The disc brake device shall comply with the provisions of ZBD93002. 4.10.2 The disc spring shall comply with the provisions of JB3812. 4.10.3 The disc brake shoe shall comply with the provisions of JB3721. 4.10.4 The safe braking idle travel time of the disc brake shall not exceed 0.3s. An interlocking device shall be installed between the release and braking operating mechanism and the hoist operating mechanism.
4.11 The hydraulic station shall comply with the provisions of JB3277. 4.12 Planetary gear reducers shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ19018 or ZBJ19020, and the noise sound pressure level shall not be higher than 85dB (A). There shall be no oil leakage at the joint surface between the shaft head and the box body and the box cover. The manufacturing accuracy of the parallel shaft reducer gear is 8-8-7GB10095. The cleanliness of the lubricating oil is not more than 1.8Amg (A is the total center distance of the reducer, mm). The unidirectional amplitude of the whole machine shall not exceed 0.025mm. The reducer shall be tested for no load and running-in before leaving the factory. It is required to run smoothly without periodic impact and vibration and periodic abnormal noise. The temperature rise of each part and the pressure of the lubrication system are normal: 4.13 Depth indicator system
4.13.1 The depth indicator system (including the depth indicator and the depth indicator transmission device) shall be able to accurately indicate the position of the lifting container in the well casing, and shall be able to quickly and accurately send out sound, light and electrical signals such as deceleration, parallel port secondary brake release, parking and overwinding. The actual position error of the lifting container indicated by the depth indicator is ±50mm. 4.13.2 A signal-breaking protection device must be set in the depth indicator system. 4.13.3 Each moving link in the system should be flexible and stable during movement, and there should be no jamming and vibration. 4.13.4 The deceleration, speed limit and overwinding devices should be flexible and reliable and should be able to reset in time and accurately. 4.14 The installation position of the control panel in the machine room should ensure that the driver can clearly observe the lifting net wire rope and the depth indicator indication mark. The brake handle and the operating handle are easy to operate, flexible, accurate and reliable within the full range of travel. 4.15 Safety protection
4.15.1 Protective devices should be installed on the exposed rotating parts. 4.15.2 The setting of the disc brake device and the rope adjustment clutch oil circuit system should avoid the leakage of oil on the brake disc, so as not to affect the friction coefficient between the brake disc and the shoe.
4.15.3 The hoist shall be equipped with various protection devices such as deceleration, speed limit, overwinding, overspeed, overpressure and underpressure (including voltage, oil pressure and air pressure), start and stop of the main motor and oil pump motor, clutch, noise ratio wear and butterfly spring failure indication, hydraulic station and lubricating oil station temperature protection, electromechanical interlocking mechanism, depth indicator disconnection signal, etc. 4.16 Product complete set supply scope
4.16.1 The mechanical part of the product shall be delivered according to the complete delivery list and packing list of the mechanical part of the product (including spare parts, accessories and special tools, but excluding the main motor, electronic control equipment and wire rope and shaft number system equipment and wooden lining, etc.). 4.16.2 Drawings and technical documents supplied randomly: a: General drawing of the mechanical part of the product, basic drawing, installation drawing of main components, drawings of spare parts and wearing parts, installation and operating instructions, complete set delivery list and packing list, spare parts catalog, etc.;
b, electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram and operating instructions of electronic control equipment, etc.; C. Product factory certificate.
4.17 Manufacturer's guarantee
If the user complies with the product storage, installation and use rules, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge within three years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer or within this period, and two years from the date of installation and use by the user, if the product is damaged or fails to work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge.
5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 The manufacturer shall be responsible for type testing of trial products, new products that have been upgraded, and products that have been transferred to other factories. All indicators shall comply with the provisions of this standard:
5.2 Delivered test of main components

5.2.1 The rope adjustment clutch shall be tested for sealing at 1.25 times the nominal pressure. The pressure shall be maintained for 5 minutes, and there shall be no leakage at the sealing points and pipeline system. The movement of moving parts shall be flexible and reliable. The meshing part of the rope adjustment clutch shall be able to be smoothly disengaged or closed when the test pressure is not greater than 2MPa. The travel switch shall be flexible and reliable, and the light signal shall be accurate. 5.2.2 The disc brake device test shall comply with the provisions of ZBD93002: 5.2.3 The hydraulic station test shall comply with the provisions of JB3277: 5.2.4 The reducer shall be tested under no-load conditions, with forward and reverse operation of not less than 2 hours each, and the test speed shall be the rated speed; the reducer produced in finalized form shall be tested under running load conditions, and the test load shall not be less than 15% of the rated working load. All requirements shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. 5.2.5 The manufacturer must inspect each product in accordance with relevant regulations, and it can only be shipped after passing the inspection and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each product should be marked with a product label in a conspicuous position. The type and size of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the following contents should be indicated:
a. Manufacturer name and mark;
b. Product model and name;
c. Main technical parameters;
d. Manufacturing date and factory number.
6.2 Each lubrication point should have a clear red mark. 6.3 The spindle should be marked with the factory number at a conspicuous position on the left end. 6.4 The packaging and shipping icon of the product should comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.5 The packaging of the product should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384 and meet the requirements of railway, waterway and road transportation. 6.6 The exposed processed surface of the product should be rust-proof packaged and should comply with the provisions of GB4879. 6.7 Products should be stored in indoor warehouses. Large items that cannot be stored in warehouses should be stored in rain shelters. Water is not allowed to enter to prevent rust on the surface of parts.
