This standard applies to flexible graphite metal spiral wound gaskets for flanges. 2 Cited standards GB4239 GB12385 GB/T12621 GB/T12622 ZBJ22 019 Technical requirements Stainless steel cold-rolled steel strip Sealing performance test method of gasket for pipe flangeStress relaxation test method of gasket for pipe flangeCompression rate and rebound rate test method of gasket for pipe flangeTechnical conditions of flexible graphite tape for metal spiral wound gasketThe metal strip for gasket is 0Cr18Ni9 cold-rolled steel strip with a thickness of 0.15~0.25mm. 0Cr13, 1Cr13, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti or other metal strips as required by users can also be used. All materials shall meet the following requirements: The chemical composition and dimensional deviation of the materials shall comply with the provisions of GB4239 or user requirements; a. b. The hardness of the stainless steel belt is 140~160HB or as required by the user: The surface of the metal belt shall be smooth and clean, and no defects such as roughness, cracks, scratches and rust spots are allowed. c. The properties of the flexible graphite belt for gaskets shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Tensile strength Sulfur content Chlorine content Heat loss 450℃ 600℃ ≤100 The inner and outer rings of the gasket are made of carbon steel (except for special requirements of the user). The inner and outer rings made of carbon steel shall be treated with rust prevention. Appearance quality 3.2.1 The surface of the gasket body shall not have defects such as scratches, unevenness, gaps, rust spots, etc. The flexible graphite tape on the surface of the gasket body should evenly protrude from the metal tape and be smooth and flat. 3.2.2 The gasket is made of V-shaped metal tape and flexible graphite tape that overlap and continuously wind each other. The metal tape and flexible graphite tape should fit tightly. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 15, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993 The layers are uniform and there should be no defects such as wrinkles and gaps. JB/T6369-1992 When winding, the initial winding and the final winding should generally have no less than 3 turns of metal tape each, and no flexible graphite tape should be filled in between. 3.2.4 The outer ring of the gasket should not fall off from the body during storage and transportation. The number of spot welds inside and outside the gasket body should comply with the provisions of Table 2. 3.2.6 Nominal diameter mm 100-300 350~500 ≥650 Number of internal welding points Welding points should be evenly spaced and should not have defects such as cold welding and overmelting. After the gasket body is wound, its sealing surface is not allowed to be pre-pressed or processed otherwise. The shape and size of the gasket are shown in the figure. The dimensional limit deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 or the user's requirements. Table 3 Nominal diameter ≤200 250~600bzxZ.net ≥600 Gasket body The sealing performance index shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Gasket mechanical, Compression rate% Rebound rate Number of external welding points Inner and outer rings Stress relaxation rate Leakage ratecm'/s ≤1.0×103 4 Inspection method 4.1 Dimension measurement JB/T6369-1992 The dimensions of the gasket are measured with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm, accurate to 0.1mm. 4.1.1 2 The inner and outer diameters of the body should be measured away from the welded parts of the steel strip, and the arithmetic average of the measured values at any two points perpendicular to each other is taken. 4.1.3 The inner diameter of the inner ring and the outer diameter of the outer ring are the arithmetic average of the measured values at any two points perpendicular to each other. The thickness of the gasket body is the arithmetic average of the measured values at three points evenly arranged along the circumference. 4.1.4 The thickness of the inner and outer rings shall be the arithmetic mean of the three measured values evenly arranged along the circumferential direction. 4.2 The test of the stress relaxation rate of the gasket shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T12621. 4.3 The test of the compression rate and rebound rate of the gasket shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T12622. The basic type, the gasket with inner ring and the gasket with outer ring shall be placed in the sample groove for testing, and the size of the sample groove shall be in accordance with the relevant standards of the sample groove flange. 4.4 The test of the sealing performance of the gasket shall be carried out in accordance with GB12385. The basic type, the gasket with inner ring and the gasket with outer ring shall be placed in the phase for testing, and the size of the sample groove shall be in accordance with the relevant standards of the sample groove flange. The test of the tensile strength and heat loss of the flexible graphite tape for gaskets shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.2 of ZBJ22019. 4.5 4.6 The sulfur and chlorine content of the flexible graphite tape for gaskets shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 4.7 The appearance quality of the gasket shall be visually inspected. 5 Inspection rules All products must be inspected and qualified before they can leave the factory. 5.2 The sampling method for gaskets is random sampling 5.3 Factory inspection The factory inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3.2-3.3 of this standard or according to user requirements. 5.3.1 Gaskets of the same variety and specification are grouped into a batch of 100 pieces (less than 100 pieces are considered as a batch). 5 pieces are sampled from each batch for inspection. If 1 piece does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling is carried out for re-inspection. If there is still 1 piece that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products is unqualified. 5.4 Type inspection 5.4.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Product transformation; b. Product structure, materials, process, etc. have changed significantly; c. Continuous production time is one year; d. The production suspension time exceeds six months; e. The factory inspection result is significantly different from the last type inspection result; f. The superior quality supervision agency requires type inspection. 5.4.2 The items of type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3.1 to 3.4 of this standard. 5.4.3 The same type of gasket is a batch. Three samples are taken for each test item of each batch for inspection. If one of them does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling is carried out for re-inspection; if there is still one piece that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the item is unqualified and the batch of products is unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage The packaging box of the gasket should be marked with: a. Product name: b. Manufacturer name: c. Gross weight, net weight; d. Manufacturing date or production batch number. JB/T 6369-1992 The packing of gaskets shall ensure that they will not be damaged or lost during storage and transportation. A packing list shall be attached to the packing box, on which the following shall be indicated: a. Product name; Product trademark; Manufacturer name: Product quantity; Manufacture date. The packing box shall be attached with a product certificate, on which the following shall be indicated: a. Batch number: Standard number: c. Inspector name or code. 6.3 Transportation and storage 6.3.1 Gaskets must be protected from rain or moisture during transportation. 6.3.2 Gaskets shall be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
