4.4 Wellbore preparation
SY/T 5587.15-93
Down the wellbore pipe string to the cement plug surface, and conduct wellbore cleaning. 4.4.1 When using a screw-cup drill, the length and diameter of the wellbore gauge should meet the design requirements. 4.4.2 When not using a screw drill, the wellbore should be unobstructed, the cement plug surface depth should be accurate and there should be no fallen objects before drilling the cement plug. 4.5 Workover fluid preparation
1.5 to 2.0 times the volume of the wellbore should be available on site. 5 Operation procedures
5.1 Drilling cement plug with screw drill
5.1.1 Check the working condition of the screw drill on the ground. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall not be opened. 5.1.2 The drilling tools are as follows: drill bit (grinding shoe), screw drilling tool, pressurized drill string, buffer, downhole filter, lifting short joint, oil pipe (drill pipe).
5.1.3 Lower the drilling tools.
5.1.4 Connect the inlet and outlet pipelines. The pipeline between the circulation equipment and the wellhead should be connected in series with the surface filter. 5.1.5 Lower the drill bit (grinding shoe) to 5m from the top of the cement plug surface and start the pump for positive circulation. After the circulation is normal, slowly lower the drilling tools and pressurize to 510kN. The annular return speed is not less than 0.8n/s.
5.2 Drilling cement plug with power faucet
5.2.1 The drilling tools are as follows: drill bit (grinding shoe), drill pipe, power faucet. 5.2.2 Lower the drilling tools.
5.2.3 Connect the inlet and outlet pipelines.
5.2.4 Lower the drill bit (grinding shoe) to 5 meters above the top of the cement plug and start the pump for positive circulation. Start the power faucet after the circulation is normal. When the faucet speed is normal, slowly lower the drill bit, pressurize it to 7-15kN, control the speed at 40-60r/min, and the annulus return speed is not less than 0.8m/s. 5.3 Drilling cement plug with rotary table
5.3.1 The drilling tools are matched from bottom to top: drill bit (grinding shoe), drill rod, square drill rod. 5.3.2 Lower the drill bit.
5.3.3 Connect the inlet and outlet pipelines.
5.3.4 Lower the drill bit (grinding shoe) to 5 meters above the top of the cement plug and start the pump for positive circulation. Start the rotary table after the circulation is normal. After the turntable rotates normally, slowly lower the drill bit, pressurize it to 10-25kN, control the speed at 60-120r/min, and the annulus return speed is not less than 0.8m/s: 6 Quality control and safety requirements
6. 1 Quality control
6.1.1 The size of the downhole tool is accurate, the pipe string assembly is clear, and there are detailed records and schematic diagrams. 6.1.2 The pipe string thread must be coated with sealing grease, and the tightening must meet the requirements. 6.1.3 The speed of raising and lowering the drill bit is uniform and stable. 6.1.4 Before drilling the cement plug, ensure that there is no falling objects under the cement plug surface. 6.1.5 When using screw drilling tools, the workover fluid must be clean and free of impurities to meet the requirements of screw drilling. 6.1.6 Drill once every 3-5m of drilling.
The workover fluid must meet the requirements of protecting oil. 6.1.8 The casing must not be damaged during the operation. 6.1.9 After drilling through the cement plug or reaching the designed position, use a well gauge or scraper to drill to the designed depth, remove the residual cement on the well wall, and thoroughly wash it with a clean workover well of 1.2-1.5 times the volume of the wellbore. 6.2 Safety requirements
6.2.1 During the operation, there must be a dedicated person at the wellhead to direct and coordinate the work. 6.2.2 When the drilling tool is raised and lowered, the wellhead must be equipped with a control cover. —2
SY/T 55B7.1593
6.2.3 When the drilling tool is raised and lowered, the drilling must be stopped and a qualified weight indicator or tension gauge must be installed. 6.2.4 When there is no footage during drilling, the drilling should be stopped and the drill should be lifted to analyze the reasons and take appropriate measures. 6.2.5 When the sealed perforated well section below the drilled cement plug is a high-pressure layer, anti-blowout measures should be taken. 6.2.6 The upper water tank and the return water sedimentation tank should be used separately. 6.2.7 Before adding a single root, it must be fully circulated to prevent drill cuttings from getting stuck in the drill. 7 Operation quality requirements and inspection
7.1 Operation quality requirements
7.1.1 The final depth of the cement plug should meet the design requirements. 7.1.2 The casing should not be damaged during the operation.
7.1.3 The inner wall of the casing should be completely clean and free of cement rings. 7.1.4 The provisions of SY/T5587.3 must be strictly followed during the operation. 7.1.5 The operation data should be complete and accurate, and the specific items should comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Supplement). 7.2 Quality inspection
7.2.1 Quality inspection method
, use a well gauge that is 6 to 10 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the casing to check whether the casing is deformed, whether there is a cement ring on the inner wall of the casing, and whether the operation depth meets the design requirements!
b. Test the wellbore pressure and check whether the casing is damaged. 7.2.2 Operation summary
