The reagent specifications, dye solution preparation, fiber specifications and general conditions for dyeing shall comply with the provisions of GB2374. 4.2.2 Dyeing formula conditions
4.2.2.1 Dyeing depth
The dyeing depth is 2%, and 10g of cotton yarn (or 5g of cotton cloth) is used for dyeing. When dyeing with cotton cloth, the amount of dye in Table 3 needs to be halved, and the bath ratio should be 1:40.
4.2.2.2 Preparation of reducing solution
Each liter of reducing solution contains 12mL of 30% (m/m) sodium hydroxide solution and 10g of insurance powder. The insurance powder should be added when the solution is heated to 60℃. This reducing solution needs to be prepared before use.
4.2.2.3 Preparation of dyeing solution
Prepare dyeing solution in accordance with the provisions of GB2377 Method A for full bath reduction in 5 300mL dyeing vats according to the provisions of Table 3. Table 3

HG2285—92
Put the weighed dye in a dyeing vat, add the pull-apart powder solution to make a slurry, then add 200mL of 60℃ reducing solution, and reduce at 60℃ in a water bath for 15min.
4.2.3 Dyeing operation
The numbered cotton yarn (or cotton cloth) soaked in distilled water is put into dyeing, and dyed at 60℃ for 45min. During the dyeing process, do not expose the dye sample to the liquid surface after turning it over. Take it out after dyeing, rinse it with running water for several minutes and then oxidize it immediately. 4.2.4 Oxidation treatment
Oxidize 1 with hydrogen peroxide, 5mL of 30% hydrogen peroxide per liter, bath ratio of 1:40, temperature of 40~50℃, oxidize for 510min, and then wash it thoroughly with water.
4.2.5 Soap washing
Each liter of soap solution contains 5g of neutral soap and 3g of anhydrous sodium carbonate, bath ratio of 1:40, soap washing at 90~95℃ for 10min, then wash and dry. 4.2.6 Evaluation of strength and color light
Carry out according to the relevant provisions of GB2374.
4.3 Determination of diffusivity
According to the provisions of HG2-1120.
4.4 Determination of moisture
According to the relevant provisions of GB23862), the drying temperature is 105±2℃. 4.5 Determination of dispersion stability of suspension
According to the provisions of GB4467. After standing for 4 hours, 2mL of solution is absorbed for the second dilution, and the maximum absorption wavelength is about 640nm during measurement.

Items (1), (2) and (3) in Table 1 are factory inspection items; items (4), (5) and (6) are inspected once every 10 batches. All items in Table 1 are type inspection items. If one of the six situations specified in Article 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs, type inspection should be carried out. Among them, during normal production, it is carried out once a year. 5.2 Sampling method
Random sampling is carried out in batches. The manufacturer takes the uniform products mixed once as a batch. Users consider the products with the same batch number N
received from the same manufacturer as one batch. The number of samples shall not be less than V (N is the number of barrels of each batch of products). When sampling small batches of products, the number of samples shall not be less than 3 barrels. Do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product during sampling. Use a stainless steel (or aluminum, copper) sampling tube to take samples from the top, middle and bottom respectively. After fully mixing and reducing the samples, take about 200g and divide them into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. Seal them with paraffin wax, attach labels, and indicate the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, and sampling date. Two bottles are for inspection, and one bottle is kept for future reference. 5.3 Manufacturer Inspection
Vat Yellow 5RC ultrafine powder shall be inspected by the manufacturer's quality supervision and inspection department. The manufacturer shall ensure that all Vat Yellow 5RC leaving the factory meets the requirements of this standard and is accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.4 User Acceptance
Users have the right to check the received Vat Yellow 5RC Ultrafine Powder in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can negotiate to resolve the issue. 5.5 Retest
If the test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from the packaging barrels with twice the amount for retest. Even if only one indicator is unqualified in the retest results, the entire batch of products will be unqualified. 5.6 Arbitration
When arbitration is required, the arbitration institution shall be determined by negotiation between the two parties. The arbitration method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging barrels shall be painted with firm and clear marks, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, standard number, batch number, specification, gross weight, net weight, and the barrel shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 6.2 Vat Yellow 5RC Ultrafine Powder shall be packed in iron barrels lined with plastic bags, and the plastic bags shall be tied and sealed with a lid. 6.3 Handle with care during transportation, prevent fire, sun and rain, and do not damage the packaging. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China.
