National Standard of the People's Republic of China Common tolerances for metric spanner openings and spanner holes Spanner gaps and sockets-Metric series-tolerances for general useGB/T4390—1995 Replaces GB4390--84 This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO691:1983 "Common tolerances for metric spanner openings and spanner holes". Since the international standard does not list tolerances for spanner holes with opposite side dimensions of 3.2~~~7mm without mechanical processing, this standard provides appropriate supplements. Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the commonly used limit deviations for various metric spanner openings and spanner holes shown in the figure below. This standard specifies the common limit deviations for various specifications of wrenches based on the opposite side dimensions. The limit deviations are upper deviations and lower deviations. The opposite side dimensions in the table include not only the standard metric dimensions of opposite side widths specified in ISO272:1982, but also a certain number of transitional dimensions, indicated in brackets. Limit deviation Limit deviation is shown in the following table; Limit deviation of spanner opening and spanner hole Dimensions across flats (6)~7 Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on 1995-70-2418 Machine-processed spanner hole and opening Lower deviation Upper deviation Unmachine-processed spanner hole Lower deviation Upper deviation Implemented on 1996-07-01 Dimensions across flatsbzxZ.net 10~11 (12)~13 (14)~15~16| | tt | 085~90~~95~100 105~110115~120~i30135~145 150~155~165~170~175~180~185 190~200~210 Additional instructions: GB/T 4390-1995 Limit deviation of spanner openings and spanner holes Machine-processed spanner holes and openings Lower deviation Upper deviation Unmachine-processed spanner holes Lower deviation Upper deviation This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation and is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by the First Working Group of the Tool Hardware Sub-Technical Committee of the National Hardware Products Standardization Technical Committee. The main drafters of this standard are: Lin Meide, Zhou Yanmou, and Xue Guijuan. This standard was first issued on May 14, 1984. This standard was secondly issued on October 24, 1995. 19 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
