1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
SY/T 5102-93
Generation SY 5102--85
This standard specifies the high temperature and high pressure test methods for instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) used in petroleum exploration and development. This standard applies to normal temperature and high pressure tests and high temperature and high pressure tests for petroleum exploration and development instruments. Other instruments or devices that need to be tested under similar conditions can refer to this standard for implementation.
2 Reference Standards
SY/T5203 General Rules for Basic Environmental Tests of Petroleum Exploration and Development Instruments 3 Environmental Grouping
3.1 Group the temperature (normal temperature to upper limit) and pressure values of group D, E, and F of the environmental grouping of SY/T5203 (see Table 1). Table 1
Test Conditions
Test Items
Temperature, ℃
: Pressure (hydraulic pressure), MPa
Normal temperature ~ 125
Normal temperature ~ 155
3.2 When the environmental grouping is exceeded, the test temperature and pressure ratings shall be determined according to the user requirements or the technical indicators of the test piece. 4 Requirements for high temperature and high pressure test equipment
Normal temperature ~ 200
4.1 High temperature and high pressure test equipment must comply with the relevant national pressure vessel design and manufacturing standards and can only be used after being identified and approved by the safety departments at the provincial and municipal levels or above
4.2 The accuracy of the temperature measuring instrument is better than Class 1.0, and the accuracy of the pressure measuring instrument is better than Class 1.5. 5 Test items
5.1 The adaptability of the instrument under normal temperature and high pressure. 5.2 The working performance of the instrument under high temperature and high pressure. 5.3 If the test equipment allows, the test shall be carried out according to the user's requirements or the purpose and technical index requirements of the test piece. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on March 27, 1993 and implemented on September 1, 1993
6 Test methods
6,1 Preparations before the test
a, Check the test piece, which should be clean and free of dirt.
b, Check that there are no flammable or explosive items in the test piece. SY/T 5102—93
c. Strictly check that all parts of the high-temperature and high-pressure test device should be in normal working condition. , Put the test piece into the test cylinder, lead out its lead wires to connect with the ground instrument when necessary, and power on to check the performance of the instrument, which should comply with the provisions of the product standard.
Elements $.2 Test procedures
6.2.1 Normal temperature and high-pressure test of the instrument
Use a high-pressure pump to increase the pressure. When the pressure rises to 3MPa, stabilize the bed for 2 minutes. When the pressure rises to 80% of the rated value, stabilize the bed for 3 minutes. When the pressure rises to the rated value, stabilize the bed for no less than 30 minutes, and then release the pressure. 6.2.2 High temperature and high pressure test of the instrument
a. Temperature and pressure increaseWww.bzxZ.net
After the instrument enters the test cylinder, it is heated according to the temperature increase rate specified in the product standard or required by the user within the range of the temperature increase rate allowed by the test device, and the pressure increases with the temperature increase. b. Constant temperature and constant pressure
When the temperature and pressure values reach the rated value, keep them for 30 minutes. c. Cooling and pressure reduction
Within the cooling rate range allowed by the test device, cool down according to the cooling rate specified in the product standard or required by the user, and the pressure will decrease as the temperature drops.
6.3 Performance test of test instruments
6.3.1 During the normal temperature and high pressure test of the instrument, detect the pressure change and judge the leakage of the instrument. 6.3.2 When the instrument is tested at high temperature and high pressure, perform performance test when necessary. a. Test the performance of the instrument before the test.
b. During the test, detect the performance change of the instrument and judge the ability of the instrument to adapt to temperature and pressure. 6.3.3 After the test, test the insulation performance of the instrument. 7 Recording and sorting of test data
7.1 The test data can be recorded manually or automatically by the instrument. 7.2 When the instrument is tested for working performance at normal temperature and high pressure, the recording interval of the pressure value shall not be greater than 105 when the pressure is increased and not greater than 105 when the pressure is stabilized.
7.3 When the instrument is tested for working performance under high temperature and high pressure, the recording interval of pressure and temperature values shall not exceed 10 minutes for temperature and pressure increase and 1 minute for constant pressure.
7.4 The test report shall be written in accordance with the provisions of SY/T5203. 8 Safety protection during the test
8.1 Obvious danger signs shall be set up in the high-pressure area. 8.2 During the test, it is strictly forbidden for any personnel to stay or enter the high-pressure area. 8.3 When the test piece is an empty shell, or when its outer diameter is close to the inner diameter of the test cylinder after being damaged and deformed by pressure, round steel or other hard supporting parts shall be filled into the test piece before the test.
8.4 The test device shall be equipped with an upper limit alarm mechanism. 2
