Technical Requirements Product hygiene indicators shall comply with the provisions of GB7916. 4.1 Sensory indicators and physical and chemical indicators are shown in Table 1. Indicator name Paste structure pH value (25C) Net content tolerance (average of 10 pieces) Conform to enterprise regulations Conform to enterprise regulations -5~—15C24h, no oil-water separation after returning to room temperature40℃24h, no oil-water separation in paste ≤40g±2.0g, 41~100g±4.0g, 101~200g±5.0g, >200g±10.0g. Plastic bag: <49g±1.0g, 50~100g±2.0g. Bulk is not less than the specified quality + 5%. 4.3 Requirements for packaging appearance Approved by China Light Industry General Association on April 10, 1997 IIKAONIKACa Implemented on December 1, 1997 Should meet the requirements of QB/T1685. 5 Test methods 5.1 Color Observe the sample at room temperature and not in direct sunlight. 5.2 Aroma Identify the aroma type by smell. 5.3 Paste structure QB/T2284-1997 Apply the sample to the skin and observe at room temperature and not in direct sunlight. 5.4 pH value Perform according to GB/T13531.1. 5.5 Cold resistance 5.5.1 Instrument Thermometer: Graduation value 0.5℃; Refrigerator: Sensitivity ±2℃. Pre-adjust the refrigerator to the specified temperature range, put the sample in a clean 30mL tall weighing bottle, make the paste solid without bubbles, put it in the refrigerator at the specified temperature for 24 hours, take it out, and observe the paste after returning to room temperature. 5.6 Heat resistance 5.6.1 Instrument Thermometer: Graduation value is 0.5C; Electric constant temperature incubator: temperature control accuracy is ±1C. 5.6.2 Steps Put the sample in a clean 30mL tall weighing bottle, make the paste solid without bubbles, put it in a constant temperature incubator at the specified temperature of ±1C, keep it for 24 hours, take it out and observe it immediately. 5.7 Net content tolerance 5.7.1 Operation method Take 10 bottles of samples, weigh their gross weight, then remove the contents, wash and dry, and then weigh their tare weight. 5.7.2 Net content tolerance is calculated according to formula (1). (QQ) Where: AQ-: - Net content tolerance of the sample, g; Q. - Net content of the sample marked, g; Actual net content of a sample, g; Number of samples is 10. (1) If the net content of the sample is marked in milliliters, the net content of the sample must be converted to the sample density (25C), and then the net content tolerance is calculated according to formula (1). 5.8 Appearance test Perform according to Chapter 4 of QB/T1685. 6 Inspection rules Perform according to QB/T1684. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Large and medium packaging certificate marking QB/T2284—1997 According to 3.9.5, 3.10.2.3, 3.10.3.3 of QB/T1685. 7.1.2 Sales packaging marking According to GB5296.3. 7.2 Packaging The finished product is packed in medium packaging, and the box head label should be affixed.
