4.2The materials used for the product shall comply with the requirements of the drawings, and it is allowed to use other substitute materials with performance not lower than that specified in the drawings. 4.3 The seamless steel pipe used in the product must comply with the provisions of YB231. 4.4 The forgings of the upper joint valve seat and the lower joint should not have defects such as interlayer, folding, forging scratches, scars, slag inclusions, etc. 4.5 Forgings and heat-treated parts shall be subjected to non-destructive testing after rough turning. 4.6 The oil pipe thread shall comply with the provisions of GB9253.3. 4.7 The machining dimension tolerances not noted in the drawings shall comply with the provisions of GB1804: the hole and shaft shall be manufactured according to H12 and hi2 respectively: the length shall be manufactured according to Js12 and js12. The shape and position tolerances not noted shall be processed according to Class B in GB1184. 4.8 The conical surface of the valve and valve seat shall be ground after hard chrome plating and polished after soft chrome plating after fine turning, and the chrome layer shall not be less than 0.06mm. 4.9 The sealing ring material is nitrile rubber with a Shore hardness of 70±5, and its physical and mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of HG4--1420. 4.10 The spring shall be heat treated and compressed three times according to the load-displacement relationship required by the drawing. Its permanent deformation shall not exceed 2% of the total length: 4.11 The nozzle of the water distribution nozzle shall be inwardly inclined and matched with the nozzle set. 5.1 Spring test method
5.1.1 Method overview
Place the spring on the workbench of the spring test machine, apply axial compression load to the spring as required, observe and record the load-displacement relationship, and measure the permanent deformation of the spring.
5.1.2 Test device (see Figure 3)

5.1.41 Assemble the test piece according to the requirements of Figure 3 and place it on the workbench of the spring testing machine. 5.1.4.2 Apply axial compression force to the spring according to the load point requirements of 1, 1.55, 1.8.2.2 kN, and measure 51 mil at each loading point for 3 times, and measure the deformation of each loading point at the same time. 5.1.4.3 Remove the axial compression load and measure the maximum deformation of the spring. 5.1.5 Test result judgment
The relationship between the axial compression load and the displacement meets the requirements of the drawing. The permanent deformation of the spring does not exceed 2% of the total length. The test material is recorded according to Table A1 in Appendix 3

5.2 Valve sealing and opening pressure test
5.2.1 Method summary

Use a pressure test pump to apply hydraulic pressure to the inner cavity of the water distributor. When the pressure reaches 0.45MPa, the valve seal is leak-proof; when the pressure reaches 0.5~0.7MPa, the valve is opened and clean water is sprayed to check the working state of the valve. 5.2.2 Test device and equipment

5.2.3 Test conditions
Test medium: clean water.
5.2.4 Test procedure

5.2.4,1 Assemble the test piece according to Figure 4 or Figure 5, and connect it to the pressure test pump. 5.2.4.2 Valve sealing pressure test: Apply pump pressure to the water distributor. When the pressure reaches 0.45MPa. Maintain the pressure for 5min to check the valve sealing.
5.2.4.3 Valve opening pressure test: Apply pump pressure to the water distributor. When the pressure reaches 0.5~0.7MPa, the valve opens: visually check the valve opening condition.
5.2.4.4 Repeat 5.2.4.2 and 5.2.4.3 for 5 times each. 5.2.5 Test result judgment
When the pressure reaches 0.45MPa, the valve seal has no leakage: when the pressure reaches 0.5~0.7MPa, it is lubricated and flexible, and the uniform spray of clean water in the circumferential direction is qualified. The test data is recorded according to A2 in Appendix A (Supplement). 5.3 Spout and spout sleeve embedded pressure resistance test 5.3.1 Method summary
Throw a 3mm steel ball from the inner hole of the spout sleeve and sit on the Φ4mI inner hole of the spout, and press hard to test the embedding strength and sealing of the spout and spout sleeve.
5.3.2 Test device (as shown in Figure 6)

5.3.4 Test procedure
5.3.4.1 Assemble the test piece according to the requirements of Figure 6. 5.3.4.2 Insert a Φ3mm steel ball through the Φ4mm inner hole of the nozzle sleeve, start the pump to increase the pressure, and when the pressure reaches 20Mpa, stabilize the pressure for 5 minutes. 5.3.5 Test result judgment

No leakage at the nozzle and nozzle sleeve is qualified: Test data shall be recorded according to Table A3 of Appendix A (Supplement). 5.4 Working pressure test of water distributor
5.4.1 Method summary
5.4.1.1 KGD-112A water distributor: During the test, install a dead water nozzle in the KGD-112A water distributor, block the water outlet channel, and use a pump to test the pressure to check the overall sealing of the water distributor.
5.4.1.2 KGD-110B water distributor: During the test, install a spacer in the KGD-110B water distributor, block the water outlet channel, and use a pump to test the pressure to check the overall sealing of the water distributor. 5.4.2 Test device.

5.4.4.2 Use the test pressure pump to pressurize. When the pressure reaches 20MPa, stabilize for 5min. Repeat the pressure test 5 times. 5.4,5 Test result judgment
When the pressure is 20MPa, the threaded connection is not leaking and the steel body is not deformed, which is qualified. If there is a leak, it is unqualified. The test data should be recorded according to Table A4 in Appendix A (Supplement). 5.5

5.5.1 Method summary
Place the test piece on the material testing machine and conduct a tensile test to check the anti-slip load of the oil pipe thread. 5.5.2 Test device (Figure 9)

5.5.4 Test procedure
5.5.4.1 Assemble the specimen according to the requirements of Figure 9 and place it on the material testing machine. 5.5.4.2 Apply an axial tensile load to the specimen and stabilize it for 5 minutes when it reaches 200 kN. 5.5.4.3 Apply an axial tensile load to the specimen and stabilize it for 5 minutes when it reaches 302 kN. 5.5.4.4 Apply an axial tensile load to the specimen: when it reaches 320 kN, stretch it repeatedly for 5 times. 5,5.5 Test result judgment
When the tensile load reaches 320kN, the oil pipe thread does not slip off, and the oil pipe thread does not deform after unloading, which is qualified. The test data should be recorded according to Table A5 in Appendix A (Supplement):
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection

6.1.1 Products should be 100% visually inspected according to the requirements of the drawings. 6.1.2 Each batch of products should be sampled and inspected at 5% according to 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4. If each batch is less than 20 sets, the sampling inspection should not be less than 2 sets. 6.1.3 The sampled products must be 100% qualified. If one set is unqualified, double sampling will be carried out. If another set is unqualified, it will be regarded as an unqualified product.
6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Inspection according to 6.1
6.2.2 Inspect the materials according to 5.1.5.5, and sample 5 sets, requiring 100% to be qualified. If one set is unqualified, double sampling will be conducted. If another set is unqualified, the batch of products will be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

Mark the outer cone surface of the valve seat joint with a No. 5 steel stamp. The marking content includes: a. Manufacturer name:

7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The fixed water distributors that have passed the inspection shall be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with plastic film, with 2 sets per box. Fix firmly and tie with iron sheet outside the box
7.2.2 The faucet is packed according to the same inner hole specification, 50 pieces per bag; the sealing ring is packed in 100 pieces per bag, and 20 bags are packed in each box.7.2.3 The random documents should be sealed in plastic bags and packed into the box together with the accessories. The random documents include:a. Delivery list and packing list:

7.3 Transportation
7.3.1 When transporting, the product must be packed in the packaging specified in this standard. 7.3.2 It is strictly prohibited to drop, knock, rain or erode. 8
