This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, and test methods of vacuum concentration tanks , inspection rules and markings, labels, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to static and dynamic vacuum concentration tanks (hereinafter referred to as concentration tanks). 2 Normative reference documents

4.1.3 The insulation layer material shall comply with the provisions of 5.1~5.3 in CB/T4272-1992. 4.2 Manufacturing requirements
4.2.1 The surface roughness Ra value in contact with the material shall not be greater than 0.8m. 4.3 Electrical system safety requirements
4.3.1 Explosion-proof electrical safety requirements

Explosion-proof electrical devices should comply with the category and level of explosive hazardous locations According to the regulations of corresponding flame protection level, the electrical performance should comply with the regulations of CB3836.1.
4.3.2 Non-explosion-proof electrical safety requirements
4.3.2.1 The continuity of the protective grounding of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 19.2 in GB5226.1-2002. 4.3.2.2 The insulation resistance of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 19.3 of GB5226.1-2002. 4.3.2.3 The withstand voltage of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 19.4 of CB5226.1-2002. 4.3.2.4 The protective grounding circuit of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 8.2 of GB5226.1-2002. 4.3.2.5 The buttons of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 10.2 of CB5226.1-2002. 4.3.2.6 The indicator lights and displays of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 10.3 of GB5226.1-2002. 4.3.2.7 The wiring of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 14 of GB5226.1-2002. 4.3.2.8 The signs, warning signs and project codes of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 17 of GB5226.1-2002. 4.4 Requirements for safety accessories
4.4.1 The pressure gauge shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels" (1999 Edition). 4.4.2 The safety gauge shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels" (1999 Edition). 4.5 Appearance requirements
4.5.1 The surface of the stainless steel shall be flat and smooth, without obvious scratches or dents. 4.5.2 The coating on the outer surface of the paint shall be uniform and firm, without obvious flow marks, and the surface shall be free of defects such as cracks, wrinkles and bubbles. 5 Test methods
5.1 Performance test
After the concentration tank has been working normally for 15 minutes, use a standard volumetric cylinder and a rotor flowmeter to test the performance of the pressure gauge. Meters, timers, etc. are used to test the evaporation, steam consumption, and cooling water consumption at the same time. Each measurement lasts 10 minutes, and the test is carried out three times in total. The calculation is carried out according to formula (1) and the arithmetic mean is taken. 1QA.B)

5.2 Material inspection
5.2.1 The quality and material certificate of the production unit should be checked for raw materials. If there is no such certificate, the material should be inspected. 5.2.2 The seal should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity.

5.3.1 Use GB/T6060.4 comparison sample to inspect the roughness of the inner surface of the concentration tank. 5.3.2 The radial clearance between the agitator and the cylinder is measured at four equally divided positions in the axial direction with a ruler. The axial clearance is measured at four different radial positions of the two end covers with a ruler. 5.3.3 The whole machine is subjected to water pressure test and visual leakage inspection in accordance with GB150-1998. 5.3.4 The main pressure-bearing parts are inspected in accordance with the requirements of 10.9 of GB150-1998. 5.3.5 Non-destructive testing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of 10.8 of GB150-1998. 5.3.6 When the concentration tank is under load operation, the noise is tested in accordance with the method of GB/T16769. 5.4 Safety inspection of electrical system
5.4.1 Safety inspection of explosion-proof electrical equipment shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant requirements of CB3836.1. 5.4.2 Safety inspection of non-explosion-proof electrical equipment
5.4.2.1 The continuity, insulation resistance and withstand voltage test of the protective grounding of the electrical system shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of 19.2, 19.3 and 19.4 of GB5226.1-2002.
5.4.2.2 The protective grounding circuit, buttons, indicator lights and displays, wiring, signs, warning signs and project codes of the electrical system shall be visually inspected in accordance with the requirements of 8.2, 10.2, 10.3, Chapter 14 and Chapter 17 of GB5226.1-2002. 5.5 Inspection of safety accessories
Safety valves and pressure gauges shall be used only after they have passed the inspection of the national quality inspection department. 5.6 Appearance inspection
Visual inspection of appearance quality.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The concentrate end shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and the local volute pressure vessel supervision agency, and then it can be shipped with a quality certificate.
6.2 Inspection includes factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection

6.2.1.2 If any unqualified products are found in the concentration tank during the inspection process, they are allowed to be returned for repair and re-inspection. If they are still unqualified, the product will be determined as unqualified.
6.2.2 Type inspection
6.2.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) After trial production or trial production of the product is completed or the product is transferred to the factory for production, the product performance may be affected if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes after the production is completed; c) When the product is resumed after being discontinued for 2 years; 18
d) When the national quality supervision agency or certification agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2.2 Judgment rules

Type inspection shall comply with all the requirements of this standard. The prototype for type inspection shall be selected from the qualified products of the factory inspection according to the method specified in GB/T10111. If one of the electrical safety performance 4.3.2.1~4.3.2.3 is unqualified during the inspection, it shall be judged as unqualified for type inspection. If one of the other items is unqualified, the unqualified item shall be re-inspected twice. If the re-inspection still fails, the product type inspection shall be determined to be unqualified.
7 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 The nameplate of each concentrate tank shall be fixed at the specified position. The size and technical requirements of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and shall have the following marks:

7.2 The packaging and transportation of the concentrate tank shall comply with the provisions of JB/T4711. The parts in the tank that are prone to vibration shall have reliable shockproof and shock-absorbing measures, and the exposed parts such as the pipe mouth and sight glass shall be sealed. The stirring parts shall be packed separately. 7.2.1 The words and signs on the outer wall of the packaging box shall be clear and have the following contents: a) Product model and name;
Shipping unit and shipping station name;

7.2.2 The following documents should be included in the packaging box of the concentrate tank: a) Product certificate;

The provisions of Chapter 17 of 1-2002. 4.4 Safety accessories requirements
4.4.1 The pressure gauge shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels" (1999 Edition). 4.4.2 Safety inspection should comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the "Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" (1999 edition). 4.5 Appearance requirements
4.5.1 The stainless steel surface should be flat and smooth, without obvious scratches or dents. 4.5.2 The coating on the outer surface of the paint should be uniform and firm, without obvious flow marks, and the surface should be free of defects such as cracks, wrinkles, and bubbles. 5 Test Methods

After the concentration tank has been working normally for 15 minutes, use a standard measuring instrument, a rotor flow meter, a clock, etc. to test the evaporation, steam consumption, and cooling water consumption at the same time. 6 Inspection Rules

Type inspection shall comply with all requirements of this standard. The prototype for type inspection should be selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection according to the method specified in GB/T10111. If one of the electrical safety performance 4.3.2.1~4.3.2.3 fails during the inspection, it will be judged to have failed the type inspection. If one of the other items is unqualified, double the re-inspection of the unqualified item. If the re-inspection still fails, the product will be judged to have failed the type inspection.
7 Logo, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 The nameplate of each concentration tank should be fixed at the specified position. The size and technical requirements of the nameplate should comply with the regulations of GB/T13306, and should have the following marks: || tt||a) Product name and model:

7.2 The packaging and transportation of the concentration tank should comply with the regulations of JB/T4711. Components in the tank that are prone to vibration should have reliable anti-vibration and shock-absorbing measures, and exposed nozzles, sight glasses and other components should be sealed. Mixing components should be packaged separately. 7.2.1 The text and signs on the outer wall of the packaging box should be clear and have the following content: a) product model and name;

7 Logo, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 The nameplate of each concentration tank should be fixed at the specified position. Mixing components should be packaged separately. 7.2.1 The text and signs on the outer wall of the packaging box should be clear and have the following content: a) product model and name;

5.3.1 Use GB/T6060.4 comparison sample block to rough stability of the inner surface of the concentration tank Carry out inspection. 5.3.2 The radial gaps between the mixer and the cylinder are measured at four equal parts in the axial direction and measured with a ruler. Use a ruler to measure the axial clearance at four different radial locations on both end caps. 5.3.3 The entire machine shall be subjected to hydraulic pressure test and visual leak detection according to GB150-1998. 5.3.4 The main pressure components shall be inspected according to the requirements of GB150-1998 10.9. 5.3.5 Non-destructive testing shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB150-1998 10.8. 5.3.6 When the concentration tank is operating under load, the noise shall be tested according to the method of GB/T16769. 5.4 Electrical system safety inspection
5.4.1 Explosion-proof electrical safety shall be inspected according to the relevant requirements of CB3836.1. 5.4.2 Non-explosion-proof electrical safety inspection
5.4.2.1 The continuity of the protective grounding, insulation resistance, and withstand voltage test of the electrical system shall be inspected according to the requirements of 19.2, 19.3, and 19.4 in GB5226.1-2002 respectively.
5.4.2.2 The protective grounding circuit, buttons, indicators and displays, wiring, signs, warning signs and project codes of the electrical system shall be in accordance with GB5226.1-2002 8.2, 10.2, 10.3, Chapter 14 and Chapter 17 requires visual inspection. 5.5 Inspection of safety accessories
Safety valves and pressure gauges must be inspected and passed by the national quality supervision and inspection department before they can be used. 5.6 Appearance inspection
Visually inspect the appearance quality.
