The trace of the next sandpaper should completely cover the trace of the previous sandpaper, and only the trace of 300 sandpaper is left at the end. 6.2.2 Wipe off dirt and foreign matter with gauze containing acetone or ethanol solution. 6.2.3 Dry in a desiccator for later use. 6.2.4 Stick the peel strength test specimen (6.1.2) on one end of the treated steel plate, with the contact surface size of approximately 25mm×50mm, as shown in Figure 1. 6.2.5 Spread a polyester film on the entire surface of the specimen, and use a roller with a width greater than 30mm to go back and forth on the specimen once to completely stick the polyester film to the surface of the specimen. 7 Test steps 7.1 Peel strength 7.1.1 Prepare 6 parallel test panels as specified in 6.2. 7.1.2 Place the above 3 test panels under standard conditions of temperature (23±2)℃ and humidity (50±5)% for at least 2h. 7.1.3 Place one end of the petrolatum anti-corrosion tape of the adjusted test plate (7.1.2) on the upper fixture of the universal tensile testing machine, and clamp one end of the metal plate on the lower fixture. 7.1.4 Stretch at a uniform speed of (300 ± 30) mm/min. When the petrolatum anti-corrosion tape begins to separate from the metal plate, record the tensile force reading at this time. 7.1.5 Repeat the above steps to test the other two samples, calculate the arithmetic mean of the three tensile forces, and record it as F. 7.1.6 Place the remaining three samples in a constant temperature box at (-5 ± 2) ℃ (or other temperature agreed by both parties) and adjust the state for at least 2 hours. 7.1.7 Repeat the test of three samples according to steps 7.1.3 to 7.1.4, take the arithmetic mean of the tensile force, and record it as F1. 7.1.8 The time from taking each sample out of the constant temperature and humidity box to the end of the test shall not exceed 3mi. 7.2 Visual inspection Adjust the whole roll of sample (6.1) in a thermostatic box at (-5 ± 2)°C (or other temperature agreed by both parties) for at least 2 h. 7.2.2 Spread out the adjusted sample completely within 3s to 5s. 7.2.3 Visually observe whether there are any fractures and composite cracks on the surface of the petrolatum anti-corrosion tape. 8 Results and judgment 8.1 Result expression 8.1.1 Peel strength. Calculate according to formula (1): F Where: o Peel strength, in Newton per meter (N/m); 2 -iiiKacaaaiKAca- F The tensile force when the petrolatum anti-corrosion tape begins to detach from the metal plate, in Newton (N); 6——The value of the width of the sample, in meter (m). 8.1.2 According to formula (1), respectively from F.
