See Figure 2.0.1. Figure 20.1 Schematic diagram of ring-wall steel formwork-concrete artificial island 1—foot guard: 2—island wall: 3—pile foundation; 4—island surface layer; 5—island core pile: 6—fill 2.0.2 Steel module The steel formwork is the construction template of the ring-wall steel formwork-concrete artificial island, which is prefabricated with steel into a double-walled annular caisson structure. If air cushion or compressed air towing is required, an airtight large roof structure is added in the middle of the caisson, and it can also be used as an offshore construction site for artificial islands. See Figure 2.0.2. 2.0.3 Air-cushion towing: Add an apron to the outside of the steel mold, add a fan and power equipment to the top of the large roof, fill the inner cavity of the steel mold with gas, expand the pressure to form an air cushion, and lift the steel mold as a whole, and then use the traction equipment to move the object. Its advantages are good amphibious transport and small traction force required, as shown in Figure 2.0.3. Figure 2.0.3 Principle diagram of air cushion opening. 1-steel mold: 2-fan; 3-skirt: R-inner cavity air pressure 2.0.4 Compressed air floating air-pressed towing combines the principle of air cushion with underwater towing, uses the upper fan of the large top and dynamic equipment, so that the draft of the steel mold changes with the air pressure surface, and then uses the traction equipment to move the object. Its advantages are that it can reduce towing resistance, reduce draft and the requirements for towing power equipment.
