This standard applies to the preparation and use of judgment scales (thermal sensation scales, thermal comfort scales, thermal preference scales, acceptability statement scales and tolerance scales). These judgment scales can provide reliable and comparable data on subjective thermal comfort or heat stress.
This standard is modified and adopted ISO10551:1995 "Ergonomics of thermal environments - Evaluation of the impact of thermal environments using subjective judgment scales)" (English version), and is redrafted according to ISO10551.
Compared with ISO10551, this standard has made the following modifications and adjustments: - In order to make the expression more accurate and complete, corresponding to the three, four, seven or nine equally spaced and separated levels in Chapter 9 of ISO10551, this standard has been revised to three, four, five, seven or nine equally spaced and separated levels; - For ease of application, this standard has added Appendix A (Informative Appendix). Appendix A lists the Chinese and English comparison table of the level wording. To this end, this standard adjusts Appendix A of ISO10551 to Appendix B, and adjusts Appendix B of ISO10551 to Appendix C;-Since the mean value in the second row and second column of Table B.3 of Appendix B of ISO10551 is incorrectly stated as ±2.16, this standard corrects the mean value in the second row and second column of Table C.3 of Appendix C to 2.16;-In accordance with the provisions of GB/T1.1-2000, this standard adjusts Appendix C of ISO10551 to a reference document;-The parts of ISO10551 related to the application of international languages (such as English, French, Russian, Spanish, etc.) are modified according to the application of Chinese languages.
Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are informative appendices.

GB/T18977—2003
This standard amends the old IS17555 thermal conductivity table for evaluating the effects of thermal conductivity on the environment of the environment, and is newly drafted based on [S10551]. Compared with ISO10551, this standard is reviewed and adjusted as follows. In order to make the table accurate and complete, this standard is changed to "three, four, seven or nine equally spaced and separated grades" in Chapter 9 of [S1355]. For the convenience of use, this standard adds Appendix 4 (Informative Appendix), and Appendix 4 lists the English comparison table of grade spacing. For this reason, this standard recommends adjusting Appendix A of IS1055 to Appendix A. The Appendix of IS1051 is adjusted to Appendix
Due to [S0105 51 The second row and second column of Table B.4 in Appendix B corrects the mean value to be \=2.16\. This standard corrects the mean value of the second row and second column of Table C.3 in Appendix C to \2.16”. According to the provisions of GB/T 1.1-20M, this standard adjusts the appendix of S)0551 as a reference document: For the application of international languages (such as English, Russian, Spanish, etc.) in S)10551, the application of Chinese is summarized.
Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed by China Standard Research Center. This standard is a part of a series of standards on heat stress and thermal stress evaluation in working environments. This series of standards focuses on the following two aspects:
1) To establish the specification of the method of establishing and evaluating the characteristic parameters of thermal performance and metabolic heat production in low-temperature environments:
2) To establish the method of evaluating heat stress in hot, cold and hot environments: This standard proposes a set of specifications for expert evaluation of the thermal comfort or discomfort expressed by people who are exposed to various degrees of heat stress in various climatic conditions during their working hours: The data provided by this evaluation can be used as a supplement to the physical and biological evaluation methods of thermal load. The reason why these methods are popular is that they can timely collect the actual situation of people under the risk conditions under consideration, and can improve the data provided by the prediction methods in other standards in this series. 2. Anthropologists can determine various indices (WC1.PMV.PPI, W3C:T) values in the thermal environment of the workplace. These indices are used to measure the semi-average comfort conditions or average heat stress level that a person can normally withstand. In fact, the space is not clear, the bones are not the same, the rooms are not the same, the equipment is not the same, the individuals are different, and their physical conditions are not the same. Therefore, it is necessary to directly determine people's feelings about the climate environment and their individual states (a method that can judge the subjects' feelings, that is, express the more they are affected). The value of the initial predictive method is supplemented. This method is valuable in diagnosis. These data are not obtained quickly through questionnaires, but by using more specific scales or historical scales (such as medical questionnaires, 1 virtual questionnaire) and summarizing them in a form suitable for special situations (oral, written, personal or leisure forms).
If it is necessary to record the corresponding feelings of the personnel in the thermal environment or the information related to the cultural background in order to obtain the most appropriate subjective judgment scale, then the personnel who have been tested by ergonomics should be supplemented first to form a good relationship between the personnel and the organizers:
Thirty virtual judgments are made by observations, and the moderate range of medium thermal attenuation of the previous environment is: under extreme conditions, if the evaluation results are to be used as a basis for decision-making, the physical and biological thermal load evaluation method should be used first. Especially when determining the load function limit, it is difficult to be trusted if it is defined as above, and it must be determined according to recognized health risk standards. The specific environmental conditions suitable for determining the application will be clarified in more detail in each section of this standard: the data obtained by quantitative tables are subjective and therefore experts prefer to use objective physical or physiological records. The effective perception of the thermal environment can be determined using two completely different methods: a) The first method is to test to what extent the information provided by these data is equivalent to the information provided by the objective test. The other method is to replace the previous data set with the previous one, because The latter is not a problem for this standard, however, the relationship between the two may be interesting.
b Second form
What is the intrinsic value of the data represented by these tables? People have a value for the thermal environment they represent: this depends on whether the ergonomist can think about it later: people think these data are missing, but they cannot justify their use. This standard specifies the appropriate tools for collecting these data and their use requirements, in order to improve the reliability of these data. 1 Specification

4 Subjective judgment scale of thermal environment: Principles of scale composition and use cases Sample of subjective judgment scale of thermal environment. The differences between them are: whether the emphasis is on certain aspects (evaluation and reduction), whether it is overall (including the whole environment or organism), whether it is a large system, whether it is a transient product, whether it is a part of the whole product (the heat state of the skin, moisture in the air, called absorption), whether it is a permanent or temporary situation, whether it is an appropriate climate condition or an extreme climate condition. This standard is based on the pregnancy week. The thermal state of the body is observed and measured. If the climatic conditions remain unchanged, the difference is that the seated workers are 60W/m2: (1.0=0.2)lu: 60W/m2: 7nW/m2). After working for 3 hours, their overall judgment of their own state of familiarity and the temperature safety of the surrounding environment is generally consistent. In the work, these conditions are particularly important. Generally, they are compared with people's judgment of their own thermal environment. Ergonomics is concerned with people's judgment of their own thermal state. 1
GE/T 189/7—2003
When the climate or equipment changes.Physical activity (or temporal conditions) also changes, and people's judgment of their own thermal state and the thermal environment they are in may not change immediately. If climatic conditions remain unchanged, when people work at a lower level of physical activity (Me172W/m*), or with a higher level of comfort than usual (1,0.cln) or comfort (11.0clo>), this evaluation will not be the same. In these cases, from the ergonomic point of view: it is more important to understand how people's own thermal state is than to understand how they judge the microclimate. Therefore, this standard retains the general understanding of people's own thermal state. Judgment, it can be divided into feeling, current emotional evaluation (comfort/discomfort): but expected preference. This standard adopts the scale of equal heat environment, extremely hot or cold environment, and makes appropriate modifications. In some cases, this standard is used to set up a quantitative scale of heat acceptance, an average monthly order table and a judgment table to express: under most people's knowledge, under certain climatic conditions, the sudden change often lasts for several hours. Therefore, it is necessary to make sure that the same base table is used every month and the judgment is repeated regularly (for example: 3(11mi-1> Note: Such an approach, that is, the cumulative impression of the site over a period of time, can be used to evaluate the thermal comfort or thermal changes experienced over time under constant conditions. The overall mean can also be used to obtain a comprehensive judgment within an individual exposure. Under non-constant conditions, the same method of collecting micro data is used to apply other situational factors (such as seasonality during the day) The time, task requirements and treatment methods of the book are different, and the experience of the personnel in the heat comfort or heat response under certain conditions will be different:
In any field where the language is involved, the mail will follow the basic surroundings. In this regard, inappropriate words and phrases may cause errors and deviations in data, so it is crucial to standardize the wording of the predetermined guidance spectrum of the survey, the private description of the judgment table, etc. The standard also specifies the composition of the scale, and provides a list of English and Chinese terms in the appendix, and provides additional information about the selected data terms in the appendix. Design: The scale described in the scale is based on international and international standards and is recognized by the United States, and is combined with data from various other languages (see Appendix A), about different parts of the body [e.g., head and hands, thermal state, overall thermal environment or different components (e.g., temperature, airflow), and the thermal experience of the person in other ways (e.g., Skin degree) or for a period of time (including periods of uncomfortably hot weather conditions), can eliminate any judgment table, other scales (for example, bipolar mood reduction rating scale> is constructed differently based on the heat sensation scale model, ice model·drought scale can sometimes be used for card Zhong heat, saying that when the annual heat environment conditions are close to the first-class combustion environment, the discomfort is more than that of the extreme.
This standard technique is limited to the approximately 5 types of indicators described in Sections 5 and 6. When collecting policy observations and making micro-proposals, if the current In order to respond to these data, we should first pay attention to the local thermal sensation under constant conditions (partial skin moisture), and then pay attention to the data collected under non-critical conditions: this is extremely important, but there is not enough technology and force to vertically regulate it. 5. Normal judgment scale, evaluation judgment scale and preference judgment scale 5.1 Instructions for using judgment scales
These three judgment scales should be used in the following order, and the possible answers can provide all the information in the book: ||tt ||Ask the following guiding questions:
Before monitoring the feeling scale, ask: "How do you think this is (in this village, this plan)" (followed by the customer's good form). After answering the feeling form and before using the evaluation scale, ask "What do you think of this? " (followed by the same form). After using the evaluation scale, ask: "Explain your feelings in detail" (followed by the same form).
When the cross-environment is judged to be appropriate (acceptable, medium or moderate), use the seven-level scale method. When the environment is judged to be unique and very hot, the unique product scale method should be used. The construction will reach the actual limit of the two types of environments to determine the MV = 2

6.1 General
In addition to the above-mentioned assessments, information is obtained to show people's personal acceptance of the thermal environment they are in. This evaluation is made at the individual level from the two aspects of rejection or acceptance. In any case, it is supplemented by a corresponding individual level definition. When expressing tolerance or acceptance, it is advisable to make it at the individual level, that is, to move away from the situational factors and make a purely individual assessment. Taking into account other situational motivation patterns (such as work injury requirements, heat exposure, and starting from the registration book: the individual level "rejection expression GB/T189772003
(unacceptability)) does not contradict the actual acceptance. Compared with the above-mentioned scale, the individual acceptability statement and tolerance scale are composed of the assessment of the surrounding thermal environment (microclimate). 6.2 Instructions for using the judgment statement form
The acceptability statement form and the tolerance statement form should be used after the perception scale and should follow the following order: Use the tolerance statement form first, then the tolerance statement form. The following questions should be asked before using the acceptability statement form!
a) Ask in precise terms, "How would you characterize this microclimate at an individual level?" b) After the initial statement "If only for your own personal pleasure... would you rather accept than reject this microclimate?" or ask the same question: "Would you rather reject than always accept this microclimate?" \Prerequisites for using the tolerance scale:

The straight line segments of the wording become curved. This scale not only marks the corresponding position of the judgment, but also places the answer in the space between the marks. The scale is often in written form and can be completed by using links (or other tools) and appropriate coding. 10 Data analysis and application of results
The structure of the data collected by the scale (that is, the mathematical structure) and the statistical characteristics of this scale determine the type of quantitative analysis that can be used. Application Examples of Evaluation Process and Judgment Table (Including Data Analysis) This appendix lists a total of 10 examples. The first example is more general in order to illustrate the evaluation process and more detailed data analysis. This example describes the application of judgment in a hypothetical flow and causes slight discomfort in the workplace. The other two examples are more specific: one is an example of a serious evaluation of the drying comfort of a laboratory environment; the other is an example of a public transportation environment with subtle climatic conditions.
Example A: Uncomfortable workplace C2.1 An ergonomics case was determined to collect judgment data from 40 workers on the thermal environment in which they actually work. Consider the total body activity and the combination of the most thermal resistance. Observe under the tested air exchange conditions and estimate the PMV value of the workplace X-0. 1~-0.9.
C.2.2 Explain the temperature to the workers and determine how they feel about their own thermal state and the microclimate they are in by using a standardized questionnaire.
When asking questions, the climate of the work place should be measured and the metabolic heat production record and clothing thermal resistance should be calculated.
Each worker will receive two sets of clothing containing the following questions! How do you feel about this effect? (Select the appropriate answer) : I feel very cold, slightly cool, not too cold, not too warm, not too hot ...
