b. The relative humidity of the air is not greater than 90% (at 25℃); c. The power supply voltage is the rated voltage and the frequency is the rated frequency; d. There is no corrosive, flammable or explosive gas or conductive dust around. 5.3 Appearance requirements
The appearance should be smooth, without burrs, scratches, blisters, cracks and deformations, terminals without looseness, rust, and clear markings. 5.4 Playing force
If the connection between the PTC starter and the compressor is a plug-in connection, for the two-pole jack, the insertion force should be less than 200N, and the pull-out force should be greater than 25N.
5.5 Normal temperature resistance value
The normal temperature resistance value of the PTC starter should comply with the requirements in Table 1. 5.6 Power dissipation
The power dissipation of the PTC starter under stable operating conditions should not exceed 4W. 5.7 Action time
The action time of the PTC starter should comply with the requirements in Table 1. 5.8 Recovery time
The recovery time of the PTC starter should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.9 High temperature resistance
After the PTC starter has passed the high temperature test in 6.10, its appearance should be free of blistering, cracks and deformation, and the change rate of resistance value at normal temperature should not exceed ±20%.
5.10 Hot and cold shock
After the PTC starter passes the hot and cold shock test in Article 6.11, its appearance should be free of blistering, cracks and deformation, and there should be no loose ends; the change rate of the constant overflow resistance value should not be More than ±20%.
5.11 Vibration
After passing the vibration test in Article 6.12, the PTC starter shall have no cracks in appearance and no loose terminals: the change rate of resistance value at normal temperature shall not exceed 20%, and shall comply with Articles 5.6 and 5.7 , Article 5.8 Requirements 5.12 Drop
After passing the drop test in Article 6.13, the appearance of the PTC starter should be free of cracks and the terminals should not be loose; the change rate of the resistance value at normal temperature should not exceed 20%, and should comply with Articles 5.6, 5.7, Requirements of Article 5.8. 5.13 High-temperature continuous energization

6.1i
Test environmental conditions
Unless otherwise specified, the test environmental conditions should meet the following requirements: temperature 20±5℃;
a.
Relative humidity 45%~75%;
b.

6.2 Test instruments and measuring tools
Unless otherwise specified in the standard, the accuracy of the test instruments is as follows: a. The accuracy of electrical measuring instruments is not less than level 0.5 (except megger): during factory inspection, the accuracy is not less than level 1.0; b. The test method is carried out according to GB2423.2, and the PTC starter is placed Raise the temperature to 125C in a constant temperature box and keep it for 1000h. Leave it at room temperature for more than 4h. The test results should meet the requirements of Article 5.9. 6.11 Hot and cold shock test
The test method is carried out according to GB2423.22. Place the PTC starter in a low temperature box at 20C for 15 minutes, then place it at room temperature for 5 minutes, then place it in a high temperature box at 120°C for 15 minutes and then leave it at room temperature. 5min is a cycle. After 1o cycles of hot and cold shock, place it at room temperature for more than 4h. The test results should comply with the requirements of Article 5.10. 6.12 Vibration test
The test method is carried out according to GB2423.10. The PTC starter is fixed on the vibration test bench and vibrates for 1 hour in three mutually perpendicular directions with an amplitude of 1.5mtm and a frequency of 25~30Hz. Meet the requirements of Article 5.11. 6.13 Drop test
Place the sample individually in a 4mm thick corrugated box and drop it freely from a height of 600mm to the cement floor once in three mutually perpendicular directions. Inspection of the specimen after falling shall comply with the requirements of Article 5.12. 6.14 High-temperature continuous power-on test
The PTC starter is applied with the maximum operating voltage in a constant temperature environment of 100±5C, and is continuously powered for 1000h. After the power is turned off, it is left at room temperature for more than 4h. The test results should comply with the requirements of Article 5.13. 6.15 Short-term overvoltage test
Wiring as shown in Figure 7, the voltage rises from zero volts to 1.4 times the maximum operating voltage at a speed of 5V/s, keep it for 3 minutes, and leave it in an environment of 25 (for more than 4 hours after the power is turned off. The resistance value at normal temperature should comply with the requirements of Article 5.14. The current through the PTC starter should not exceed the maximum operating current.

6.16 Electrical Life Test

Place the PTC starter in a room temperature environment, wire it according to Figure 6, and apply the maximum working voltage and maximum working current. According to power-on 5, power-off 120$ should meet the requirements of Article 5.15 after 200,000 cycles, but it should be removed for testing at 10,000, 50,000, 100,000, and 150,000 cycles, and it should meet the requirements of Article 5.15. 5.15 Requirements Note: This test can be carried out under actual load. 7
Inspection rules
PTC starter inspection is divided into general inspection and type inspection. 7.1 Factory inspection
The product is shipped from the factory. Only after passing the inspection can it be shipped out. The items of factory inspection are shown in Table 2 and Table 3. The performance items of 7.1.1 factory inspection are shown in Table 2. According to the provisions of GB2828, a normal inspection sampling plan is used for inspection.
