4.1 Overall performance
4.1.1 The micro circular knife cutting machine has no abnormal sound during normal operation, and the sound pressure level of the stable running noise at no load is not more than 75dB (A), and is not more than 80dB (A) when sharpening the knife.
4.1.2 The temperature rise of the housing surface shall not exceed 20.K. 4.1.3 The sharpening device shall be sensitive and reliable when pressed and released 50 times continuously, without any jamming, and the grinding wheel shall be able to rotate automatically. 4.1.4 After sharpening, the blade shall be sharp and no blade phenomenon shall occur. 4.2 Safety performance
4.2.1 The leakage current shall not exceed 0.75mA.
4.2.2 The insulation resistance shall not be less than 5MQ.
4.2.3 No flashover or breakdown shall occur during the dielectric strength test. 4.2.4 There shall be a firm and obvious grounding mark at the grounding point, and the grounding resistance shall not exceed 0.12. Approved by China National Light Industry Association on September 1, 1997
Implemented on May 1, 1998
4.3 Appearance Quality
QB/T23311997
4.3.1 The shell should have uniform color, no obvious color difference, smooth surface and no obvious defects. 4.3.2 The plating layer of the electroplated parts should be firm, the surface should be smooth, and there should be no rust or scratches. 4.3.3 The nameplate should be firm, without warping, and the content should be clear and complete. 5 Test Methods
5.1 Overall Performance
5.1.1 When the background noise of the environmental noise is more than 10dB(A) lower than the noise specified by the micro circular knife to be tested, use a sound level meter with a positive and negative 0.7dB(A) to measure the noise when no-load and sharpening the knife at the same height as the micro circular knife 1m in front of the micro circular knife, which should meet the requirements of 4.1.1. 5.1.2 Connect the micro circular knife machine to the test power supply, run it at no load for 30 minutes, and then place the thermometer (accuracy is .1℃) on the outer surface of the plastic shell of the machine body for measurement. It should meet the requirements of 4.1.2.
5.1.3 After the micro circular knife machine is connected to the power supply, press the sharpening device continuously and lightly. It should meet the requirements of 4.1.3. 5.1.4 Grind the edge of the micro circular knife three times, each time for 10s, and visually check. It should meet the requirements of 4.1.4. 5.2 Safety performance
5.2.1 Test the leakage current according to the method specified in 11.1.11.2 of GB3883.1-1991. It should meet the requirements of 4.2.1. 5.2.2 Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the live parts of the micro circular knife and the metal parts. It should meet the requirements of 4.2.2. 5.2.3 Apply a basic sine wave test voltage of 1500V and 50Hz between the live parts of the micro knife and the force frame on the withstand voltage test bench. The test should start from no more than half of the test voltage, and then quickly increase to 1500V test voltage for 1 minute. It should meet the requirements of 4.2.3. If a second test is required, the test voltage should be reduced to 1300V. 5.2.44.2.4 Test method The test should be carried out in accordance with the method specified in 24.5 of GB3883.1-1991. 5.34.3 Test method: visual inspection.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each batch of products must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped after the product certificate is issued. 6.2 See Table 2 for inspection items and categories.

Type inspection
Inspection items
4.1.1;4.1.3;4.1.4,4.2.1:4.2.2+4.3Full contents of technical requirements
6.2.1Factory inspection items are shown in Table 2.
6.2.2Type inspection items are the full contents of technical requirements. 6.2.2.1Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases. a) When new products are trial-produced or old products are transferred to other factories; b) During normal production, when there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, once a year; d) When the product is discontinued for more than half a year and production is resumed. 6.2.2.2Type inspection samples should be randomly selected from continuous production batches. For batches of products with less than 20 units, 1 unit is selected, and for batches of more than 20 units (including 20 units), 2 units are selected.
6.2.2.3 During the type inspection, if any one of the safety performance indicators fails to meet the standards, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
