No splicing is allowed. 4.1.3 The barrel body is welded by resistance welding or other welding methods to ensure quality. 4.1.4 The barrel body should have two ring ribs protruding outwards, and there can be 3 to 7 corrugations between the ribs and the barrel neck and the ring ribs and the barrel bottom. 4.1.5 The barrel body, top and bottom are sealed with triple round edges, and the gaps in the roll layer must be filled with dense fillers. 4.1.6 A charging port is set in the center of the barrel neck, and its height should be lower than the depth of the barrel top. It is equipped with a barrel cover, which can meet the double rolling sealing after calcium carbide is loaded. 4.1.7 There are one ammonia filling hole and one exhaust hole symmetrically set on both sides of the charging port. The two holes are locked with the barrel top in a press-fitting manner using standard nuts. The width shall not exceed 1 times of the original weld, and the length shall not exceed 10% of the length of the straight seam. Repair welding is not allowed on the top of the ring reinforcement. 4.3.4 The side of the steel drum shall be repaired, and the weld shall be flat and even. 4.3.5 The interior of the vehicle is clean, rust-free, dust-free and dry. 4.4 Paint quality standards: 4.4.1 The paint film is smooth and uniform in color. There are no defects such as wrinkles and flow. 4.4.2 The average thickness of the paint film is not less than 0.02 mm. 4.4.3 The small mark of the speed film is 323. The 2 lines of the A standard are required. 4.5 Assembly regulations 4.5.1 Complete: The surface is smooth after assembly and the sealing performance is good. 4.5.2 The screw lock must ensure the deep groove and the exchangeability of the matching. 4.5.3 After the bad call lock is installed, the air pressure value of the performance test is 30kP. There is no leakage after 2min. 4.6 The air tightness test pressure value of the steel shot is 30kPa, and the pressure is maintained for 5min during the type inspection. The stacking test lasts for 24h. 5 Test method 5. 1 Basic size Use general marking tools to detect. 5.2 Appearance quality Use hand feeling, visual inspection or general measuring tools to detect. 5. 3 Bonding test GB/T 14492-93 Let dry compressed air pass into the barrel. When the pressure inside reaches the value specified in 4.6, apply soap solution on the outside of the barrel to check whether the welds and joints are leaking. 5.4 Drop test Inspect according to GB4857.5-the steel pile is not pre-treated for temperature and solidification. 5.4.1 Try to fill the barrel with calcium carbide or a substitute with similar physical properties to calcium carbide. 5.4.2 After the drop, the sample barrel is passed through air with a minimum value of 20kPa for air tightness test, and maintained for 2 minutes to check whether it leaks. 5.5 Stacking test Test according to GH4857.3, and the steel barrel is not pre-treated with temperature and humidity. 5.6 Paint film thickness test (1764 Determination. 5.7 Paint film adhesion test Determine according to the method in Chapter A2 of Appendix A of GB325. 5.8 Airtightness test after nut assembly Test according to the method in Figure 22 of GB13251 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Steel drums shall be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 6.2 Steel drum inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection itemsbzxz.net Articles 4.1.4.3.4.4.4.5.4.6 of this standard are factory inspection items. 6.2.2 Type inspection items The technical requirements specified in this standard are type inspection items. 6.3 Sampling, batching and judgment rules 6.3.1 The classification of unqualified items shall be in accordance with the rules in Table 5 of Article 7.3.1 of GB325. 6. 3. 2 6.3.2.1 Each shift is the inspection batch. 6.3.2.2 According to GB 2828, the normal sampling method is a. Group 1 RQ1=30, DL=1+m6. 6.3.3.4 If one of the sample units in Group 1 is unqualified in Category A, the sample unit is deemed unqualified. 6.3.3.5 The determination of the unqualified sample units in Group 2 shall be in accordance with the provisions of 7.3.3.3 Tea in GB325. 6.4 Product change conditions shall be in accordance with the provisions of 7.4 in GB325. 7 Marking, transportation.Storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Steel drum markings shall comply with the provisions of ZBA87001.1. 7.1.2 The markings of potassium drums shall be clearly and neatly stamped, as shown in Figure 2.1A2/YXXX/5/XX CNxxXX xx PI××× 7.1.3 After the drums are filled with calcium carbide, they shall be affixed with markings in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 190 and GB 191. 7.2 Transportation 7.2.1 Steel drums are thin-walled containers. During transportation, loading and unloading, they shall be protected from collision, fall and rolling. 7.2.2 Steel drums shall be covered with cloth during transportation in winter. 7.3 Storage 7.3.1 The bottom layer of steel drums shall be padded when stacking, and rain protection measures shall be taken for outdoor stacking. 7.3.2 Drums shall be stored in a well-ventilated environment.
