3 Technical requirements
General bridge and gantry crane cab
Technical conditions for electromagnetic block brakes
Thermosetting resin industrial hard round laminated tubes and rods for electrical appliances The design and manufacture of cranes shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T3811 and this standard. 3.1 Environmental conditions
3.1.1 The power supply of the crane is two-phase AC. The frequency is 50Hz and the voltage is 380V. The upper limit of the allowable voltage fluctuation on the motor and electrical appliances is 10% of the rated voltage, and the lower limit (at peak current) is 15% of the rated voltage. The internal voltage loss of the crane shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3811.
3.1.2 The installation of the crane running track shall comply with the requirements of GB/T10183. 3.1.3 The altitude of the crane installation and use site shall not exceed 2000m (the motor capacity should be checked when it exceeds 1000m). 3.1.4 There shall be no flammable or explosive gas in the working environment. 3.1.5 The radiant heat temperature of the hoisted objects on the crane sling shall not exceed 300C. 3.1.6 Climatic conditions for normal operation of the crane: a) Ambient temperature is -5C to +50C; b) Relative humidity does not exceed 50% at 1050 hours Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 366 Implementation on January 1, 2000 3.2 Performance in use JB/T8907--1999 3.2.1 The lifting capacity of the crane shall reach the rated lifting capacity. For hook cranes, it refers to the total weight of the objects lifted below the hook; for special sling cranes, it refers to the total weight of the special sling and the weight of the objects lifted. 3.2.2 For hook cranes, the braking distance of the hoisted object during the descending brake (the distance from the brake power failure to the stop of the heavy object after the controller is stably running at the lowest descending speed and pulled back to zero position) should not be greater than 1/65 of the stable lifting distance within 1 minute. 3.2.3 When the user has special requirements for the braking stability of the crane, the electric braking method should be adopted. Ensure that when descending within the range of 0.2~1.0G. (G,-rated lifting weight), the motor speed before braking drops to less than 1/3 of the synchronous speed, and this speed should be able to operate stably.
3.2.4 For double trolley cranes, the operation of the same mechanism of the two trolleys should be able to be linked or started separately. 3.2.5 The static rigidity of the crane is stipulated as follows: when the fully loaded trolley is located in the middle of the span, the vertical static deflection caused by the static load of the trolley in the middle of the span of the bridge (main beam) should be ≤S/800 (S-crane span). 3.2.6 The dynamic rigidity of the crane is stipulated as follows: when the trolley is located in the middle of the span, the full-load natural frequency of the crane should be ≥2Hz. The verification is only carried out when the user or the design itself has requirements for this. 3.2.7 The crane should be equipped with three insulations (hook and pulley, lifting mechanism and trolley frame, trolley frame and trolley). The resistance value of each insulation measured by a 1000V megohmmeter at normal temperature (temperature 20~25C, relative humidity ≤85%) should be ≥1MQ. 3.2.8 When the crane is not in working state, the induced voltage on the trolley frame should not exceed the safe voltage value (36V). 3.3 Insulation material
It is recommended to give priority to epoxy phenolic laminated glass cloth board as the insulation material, and its performance should not be lower than the provisions of GB/T1303. It is recommended to give priority to the use of industrial hard round laminated tubes and rods of thermosetting resin for electrical appliances as insulation materials. Its performance should not be lower than the provisions of IEC1212-3-2.
3.4 Brakes
The lifting mechanism of the crane should be equipped with double brakes. It is recommended to use the electromagnetic block brake in JB/T7685.2. The safety factor of each brake is ≥1.25.
3.5 Driver's Cab
The driver's cab of the crane is recommended to use the insulated driver's cab in GB/T14407. In order to ensure that the driver has good working conditions, cooling equipment can be installed in the driver's cab according to user needs. In order to prevent corrosive gases from corroding the glass and affecting the driver's sight, the driver's cab should be equipped with replaceable glass or organic glass. 3.6 Crane Tolerances
The manufacturing and assembly requirements of the crane shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.3 to 4.7 in GB/T14405-1993. 3.7 Electrical Equipment

The safety and health of the crane shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.9 of GB/T14405--1993. 3.9 Appearance
The appearance of the crane shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.10 of GB/T14405--1993. 4 Test Methods
The crane test shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures specified in GB/T5905. 4.1 Visual Inspection
The visual inspection shall include whether the specifications and (or) status of all important parts meet the requirements. Such as: various mechanisms, electrical equipment, safety devices, brakes, controllers, lighting and signal systems: crane metal structure and its connections, ladders, passages, driver's cab and walkways; all protective devices; hooks or other retrieval devices and connectors; wire ropes and their fixings; pulley blocks and their axial fasteners. During the inspection, it is not necessary to disassemble any parts, but the covers that should be opened during normal maintenance and inspection should be opened, such as the limit switch cover. 367
4.2 Qualification test
JB/T8907--1999
4.2.1 After 2~3 times of gradual loading until the rated lifting capacity is reached, conduct action tests and tests in all directions at standard voltage and rated speed of the motor to verify whether the items listed in Table 1 comply with the requirements of the design drawings and this standard. Limit deviation
The static load test of each lifting mechanism should be carried out separately, but for the crane with double trolleys, the main hooks of the two trolleys should be carried out at the same time, so as to test the bearing capacity of the bridge frame at the same time.
Before the static load test of the main hook, the unloaded trolley should be parked in the middle of the span and the reference point should be determined. The lifting mechanism should be loaded gradually at 1.25G without impact, and the lifting height should be 100~~~200mm from the ground, and the suspension time should be not less than 10min. After unloading the load, check whether there is permanent deformation at the base point of the crane main beam. Repeat for the third time, and there should be no permanent deformation. Drive the trolley to the end of the span and check that the actual camber of the main beam should be ≥0.7S/1000. After the test, if there are no cracks, permanent deformation, paint peeling or damage that affects the performance and safety of the crane, and there is no looseness or damage at the connection, the test result is considered to be qualified. 4.2.3 Dynamic load test
The purpose of the dynamic load test is mainly to verify the functions of the various mechanisms and brakes of the crane. The dynamic load test of each mechanism of the crane should be carried out separately first, and then the joint action test should be carried out, and the two mechanisms should be started at the same time (but the main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms should not be started at the same time).
The lifting mechanism is loaded at 1.1G. During the test, each action should be started and braked repeatedly within its entire range of motion. When the suspended test load is started in the air, the test load should not have reverse action. During the test, an intermittent time for operation should be left according to the continuous power-on rate of the motor of the machine, and control should be carried out according to the operating procedures. It must be noted that the acceleration, deceleration and speed must be limited within the normal working range of the crane. According to its working cycle, the test time should last at least 1 hour. If each component can complete its functional test, and no damage to the mechanism or components is found in the subsequent visual inspection, and no looseness or damage is found in the connection, then the test result is considered to be qualified. 5 Inspection rules
