Some standard content:
GB8544-1997
This standard adopts the latest alloy grades and state codes formulated in my country. The mechanical properties and thickness tolerances of cold-rolled strips in this standard are equivalent to those of JIS H4000-88.
The new version has major changes in the following contents: - The name of the standard has changed from "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Strips" to "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Cold-Rolled Strips"; - This standard is compiled in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993. "Foreword" is added, and three chapters, "Scope", "Cited Standards" and "Contract Contents" are added. Chapter 1 of the original standard, "Varieties", is cancelled according to the requirements of GB/T1.1, and its contents are merged into the various articles of Chapter 4 "Requirements" of this standard.
The grades, states and specifications are reclassified according to the alloy series, which are divided into 1××× series, 2××× series, 3××× series, 5××× series and 6×Xx series.
Mechanical properties: The A and B grades are cancelled, and the strip is completely equivalent to JIS H4000-88; —- The specimens for room temperature tensile test of strips are the specimens specified in the new national standard GB/T16865--1997; ...: The "Recommended Dimensions of Strip Coils" are added, and the strip width, strip coils with sleeves, without sleeves, and specific requirements for the outer diameter of the coils are classified; — The uniformity of the end surface of the strip coil is refined into the requirements of string layers and tower shapes; — The surface quality stipulates that the strip is a rolled surface, which should be well processed, uniform in texture, and should not have serious defects; users can have special requirements for the surface of the strip, but they must be indicated in the contract. This standard replaces GB854487 from the date of entry into force. This standard was proposed by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation. This standard was issued by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation Standard Metrology Institute. The main drafting unit of this standard: Northeast Light Metal Processing Plant. The main drafters of this standard: Nie Junyi, Chen Xingli, Huang Yongqing, Wang Tao, Zhang Hua. 1 Scope

For the room temperature tensile performance requirements not specified in the table, the purchaser requires When conducting tensile tests, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate and decide, and specify it in the contract. 2 The upper limit of tensile strength and the specified non-proportional elongation stress do not apply to strips in conditions H22, H24, and H26. 4.5 Surface quality
4.5.1 The surface of the strip is a rolled surface and should be processed Good. Uniform texture. No serious scratches, metal or non-metallic indentations, etc. 4.5.2 If there are any special requirements for the strip surface, they should be stated in the contract. 4.6 Other requirements
4.6.1 When the thickness is less than or equal to 1.5mm and the outer diameter of the roll is greater than 1000mm, each roll is allowed to have two joints. When the thickness is greater than 1.5mm and the outer diameter of the roll is greater than 1000mm, each roll is allowed to have one joint. The joints must be clearly marked. 4.6.2 The end face of the trimmed strip should be neat, without burrs or cracks; the thickness of the layer should not be greater than 5mm, and the tower shape should not be greater than 20mm. 4.6.3 The strip coils should be weighed for delivery.
5 Test method
Chemical composition arbitration analysis method
The chemical composition arbitration analysis method of the strip shall be carried out in accordance with GB6987. 5.2 Temperature and mechanical properties test method
GB/ T 8544—1997
The room temperature tensile test of the strip shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228. 5.3 Dimension measurement method
The strip thickness shall be measured at a distance of not less than 10 mm from the edge, with a scale value not greater than 0.01 mm F scale measurement: Strip width, inner and outer diameters of the coil and other external dimensions are measured with measuring tools of corresponding accuracy. 5.4 Surface quality inspection method
Surface quality is measured by visual inspection.
6 Inspection rules| |tt||6.1 Inspection and Acceptance
6.1.1 Strip materials shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier’s technical quality supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 6.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received strips in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard or the order contract, the purchaser shall submit a complaint to the supplier within one month from the date of receipt of the product. The solution shall be negotiated by both parties. If arbitration is required, the arbitration sampling shall be conducted by both parties at the buyer's side.
6.2 Batch
Strips shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, and each batch shall be made of the same alloy grade. , the same state and specification. Each batch of weight and number of rolls is unlimited. 6.3 Inspection Items
Each batch of strips must be inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional deviation, and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling ||tt ||6.4.1 Chemical composition analysis sampling is done during melting and casting; chemical composition arbitration analysis sampling is done at any part of the delivered coil. 6.4.2 Mechanical properties sampling, 2% of the rolls (not less than 2 rolls) are taken from each batch (furnace) for tensile test. Three samples are cut from each roll. Samples are cut according to the relevant provisions of GB/T16865. 6.5 Determination of test results
6.5.1 When the chemical composition is unqualified, the whole batch is judged to be unqualified; when the dimensional deviation and surface quality are unqualified, the pieces are scrapped. 6.5.2 When one sample fails the room temperature tensile test, double the sample should be taken from the roll where the sample is located for repeated testing. If there is still one sample that fails, the roll is scrapped. The rest are tested roll by roll, and those that pass the test are delivered, and those that fail the test are scrapped. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The qualified strips should be marked with a firm label (signature), which indicates: a) the inspection seal of the supplier's technical supervision department;
b) alloy grade;
c) supply status;
d) supply specifications;
e) batch roll number;
f) roll weight.
7.1.2 Strip packaging markings should comply with the provisions of GB/T3199. 7.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
Packaging, transportation and storage should comply with the provisions of GB/T3199. For strips with an inner diameter greater than or equal to 500mm, the packaging type (horizontal or vertical) should be specified in the contract.
7.3 Quality Certificate
Each batch of strips shall be accompanied by a quality certificate that complies with this standard, on which shall be indicated: a) Name of supplier;
b) Product name;
c) Alloy grade;
d) Supply status;
e) Supply specifications;
f) Batch number;
g) Net weight and number of pieces;
