This standard specifies the model, marking, size, basic parameters and technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of ZH type (intersecting shafts, dry type) cone-disc ring-disc continuously variable transmission (hereinafter referred to as transmission). The transmission specified in this standard is mainly suitable for food, light industry, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles, packaging and electronics industries. 3.1 Model
The transmission is divided into AB type. Type A includes all or part of the basic code, frame size, combination code, reduction unit parameters, motor model, speed regulation code and assembly type code according to its different types: Type B includes the basic code, frame size, minimum output speed, motor model and speed regulation code according to its different types. 3.1.1 Type A
a: Basic code: ZH indicates horizontal structure, ZHF indicates flange installation structure; b.
