1 Content and scope of application
This standard specifies the test method for determining the acidity and alkalinity of organic chemical products by variable analysis. This standard applies to the determination of the content of acid or alkali in the form of organic chemical products, and the content is used as the acidity or alkalinity.
In this standard, when determining the acidity and alkalinity of organic chemical products, the titration coefficient of the alkali standard titration solution or the acid standard titration solution shall not be less than.

Test reagents used in this standard: Unless otherwise specified, analytically pure reagents shall be used. Standard titration solutions, preparations and preparations used in this standard shall not be less than 100%. Unless otherwise specified, the preparation shall be in accordance with GB601.GB(0). The water used in the laboratory shall comply with the specifications of Grade 3 water in GBR2. 3.1 The acidity of the difficult titration solution is determined by taking water as the base. 3.1.1 Method Details After the product has been properly treated, an indicator is added under the specified operating conditions and titrated by standard titration filtration or limit standard titration filtration to calculate the acidity or alkalinity of the product.
3.1.2 Reagents and equipment
3.1.2.1 Hydrochloric acid or acid standard titration solution, the concentration e(H+) shall not be less than 10 mol/L. 3.1.2.2 Hydrogen-supported standard titration solution, the concentration (OH-) shall not be less than C.01 mal/L. 3.1.3 Equipment
Laboratory instrument semi-excitrant titration tube, graduated C.:D1nl.. or micro full titration tube, graduated 0.02L Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on December 30, 1993, and implemented on October 1, 1994. 31.4 Specific procedures 3.1.4.1 Fluidization with benzene as the aqueous medium GB/T1282/-93 Add a certain volume of water without carbon monoxide to the measuring vessel: change the indicating volume to the standard titration solution, change the acid standard titration solution, and adjust to the end point, ignoring the volume of the solution containing charcoal. Transfer the neutralized water to the separating funnel and add the test sample at the designated point. Shake it thoroughly. After the pre-layering, separate all the water. Add a suitable indicator. Titrate the standard solution to the specified point, record the volume of the standard titration solution consumed. After adding the test medium, add the sample to the neutralized water, shake it thoroughly and mix it for a while. Then use a Vibrator or standard titration solution to titrate to the end point, and record the volume of the standard titration solution consumed. 3.1.4.2 For the titration of organic medium, the organic medium should be titrated with a certain amount of standard titration solution or an acid standard titration solution, and the sample should be transferred to the tank without consuming the standard titration solution. The sample should be stirred for a long time, and the medium layer should be separated. The indicator salt should be appropriate. Under the specified operating conditions, the standard titration solution or the acid standard titration solution should be concentrated to the concentration point. The volume consumed by the titration should be recorded. For the sample that can be titrated directly after adding the organic medium, the specified amount of the sample should be added to the neutralized organic medium, and the solution should be stirred for a long time. After standing for a while, the standard titration solution or the acid standard titration solution should be titrated to the endpoint. The volume consumed by the standard titration solution should be recorded.
3.2 Standard titration solution Determination of aldehyde content and alkalinity with organic solvent as medium 3.2.1 Method requirements
After the sample is properly treated, under the specified conditions, use the indicator to indicate the end point with a potentiometer or an acidometer, and use the test standard titration solution or acid standard titration solution to calculate the acidity or alkalinity of the sample. 3.2.2 Standard titration solution
32.2.1 Standard titration solution with high oxygen content, glacial acetic acid as medium. 3.2.2.2 Standard titration solution with potassium hydroxide, medium: preparation and calibration method see Appendix B. For some chemical products, other high or magnetic standard titration solutions can also be selected for quick titration requirements. 3.2.3
3.2.3.1 A semi-micrometer with a graduation of 0.29 mL or a micrometer with a graduation of 0.021 mL. 3.2.3.2 An electrotitrator or a micrometer equipped with corresponding electrodes. 3.2.4 Analysis steps
Add the specified volume of organic medium and indicator into a light flask, titrate to the end point with standard filtrate or acid standard solution, transfer the organic medium to the separation end according to the volume consumed by the standard solution, add a certain amount of sample, shake thoroughly to separate the layers, take out the organic medium layer, add a suitable indicator, and titrate to the end point with the electrotitrator under the conditions of the medium, titrate with standard solution or acid standard solution, and record the volume consumed by the standard solution. 3.3 Slowness determination of certain liquid products - Direct titration: Add the specified sample and indicator to the center of the plate, titrate the solution with a standard alkali solution, and titrate the solution with an acid-reduced standard titration solution to the desired titration point. Record the volume of the solution titrated with the standard titration solution.
3.4 The indicator used for titrating the sample shall be consistent with the indicator used for titrating the suspension. 3.5 Preparation basis: For organic chemical products, this standard stipulates that at the end point of full hydrogen, the indicator end point color should remain unchanged.
4 Calculation of analysis results
The acidity (in A) or the degree of saturation (in A) is calculated by the following formula: 2
In the formula: A-
represents an acidic substance;
represents an alkaline substance
GA/T 14827—93
r, = rvm
The residual standard titration solution or the standard titration volume is calculated by 1.00 mmol/L. 1 Alkali or acid standard titration solution [e(0H-=1.000 m0]/L effective c(H )=1.000 ma]/1. The mass of the sample A or B is expressed in terms of volume;
When the sampling base is expressed in terms of volume, the period is V, where: the volume of the sample at the test temperature, ml, the density of the sample at the test humidity -R/cm.
The arithmetic mean of the results of two parallel determinations is taken as the determination result. When the slowness reduction is not greater than 0.05%, the relative deviation of the two determination results is not greater than 2C%. When the acidity or alkalinity is not greater than 10%, the relative deviation of the two parallel determination results is not greater than 10%, when the acidity or alkalinity is not greater than 1.> tablets, the relative deviation of the results of two parallel determinations is not greater than 5%.
