Electric Chain Hoist
Types and Basic Parameters
Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies various types of electric chain hoists and basic parameters. JB/T 5317. 1--91
This standard is mainly applicable to general-purpose electric chain hoists (hereinafter referred to as chain hoists) with a lifting capacity of 0.1~~10t and a lifting mechanism working level of M1M5. Special-purpose chain hoists can also be used as a reference. The working level of the chain hoist's lifting mechanism is based on the relevant regulations of GB3811, as shown in Table 1. Table 1

Depending on whether the chain hoist has an operating mechanism and the installation method, it can be divided into the following types. 3.1 Suspended
T,
M5
has no operating mechanism and is used to hang on a fixed frame. According to the different structure forms of its suspension parts, it is divided into the following categories: Type: a.
b.
Ring-suspended chain hoist, as shown in Figure 1, its code is HHXH\; Hook-suspended chain hoist, as shown in Figure 2, its The code name is HHXG\. Note: 1) Explanation of code characterizing letters:
“HH\ means chain hoist;
\X\ means suspension
“H\ means lifting ring;
”C \ means hook.
3.2 Monorail trolley type
A chain hoist with a running mechanism and the lower flange of the monorail as the running track. According to the overall layout of the chain hoist and the chain transmission structure, it is divided into two categories. It is the standard building height and low building height. The Ministry of Mechanical and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China approved 144
