One paper barrel processing unit with bottom and cover made of plywood; one paper barrel processing unit with paper bottom and drinking cover.
3.2 The unit consists of several single machines.
Paper barrel processing unit with plywood bottom cover: The reel machine winds kraft paper through multiple layers and glues it into a barrel body of certain specifications. Rolling mill: The thin steel strip is made into iron rings with a certain inner diameter (used for the upper and lower edges of the barrel body) and the closing hoop of the barrel cover. Groove rolling machine: After the upper and lower edges of the barrel body are inserted into the iron ring, a concave ring rib is rolled out by this machine to make the iron ring and the barrel body tightly combined. There are two types of single-head groove rolling and double-head groove rolling. d.
Cap making machine: Process three or five layers of plywood into a round shape as the barrel bottom and barrel cover. Sealing machine: After one end of the barrel body after groove rolling is installed into the round bottom, the two are fixed by this machine and the other end is curled. There are two types of single-head and double-head sealing.
