The activity of organic sulfur hydrogenation catalyst, the radial crushing strength and abrasion rate of particles are determined in accordance with HG/T2514. The drilling analysis is carried out in accordance with HG/T251S.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for the inspection of the quality of the products in this standard series. The total amount of products inspected each time shall not exceed 10t. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products of the manufacturer meet the technical indicators specified in this standard. 5.2 The samples for product inspection shall be randomly sampled by a dedicated person in the quality inspection department in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6678. The number of sampling units shall be three times the cubic root of the total number of product packaging units, that is, 3VN (N is the total number of barrels). If the decimal is rounded up to an integer, the number of barrels opened shall not be less than 10 barrels. Take out about 3L of sample from the opened barrel, mix thoroughly and evenly, and divide it into laboratory sample, preparation sample and storage sample by reduction method, put them into sample bottles, seal them, and affix labels, indicating product name, model, batch number, representative quantity, sampling date, sampler, etc. The storage sample should be kept for one year for inspection. 5.3 If one of the indicators in the product inspection results is unqualified, the relevant detection devices, instruments, meters, chemical reagents, etc. should be checked and re-inspected. If the inspection is still unqualified, it is allowed to re-sample according to Article 5.2 of this standard and re-inspect according to the inspection method specified in Chapter 4. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified and shall not be shipped out. 5.4 The purchaser has the right to re-inspect according to the inspection methods and inspection rules specified in this standard. When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality, please ask the relevant units for arbitration. 5.5 The technical requirements specified in this standard are used as type inspection items, among which the technical indicators in 3.2 are factory inspection items. Under normal circumstances, at least one type inspection is carried out per month.
3.6 The test results of this standard are compared with the values specified in the standard after rounding to determine whether the test results are qualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6. The packaging barrel is light blue and has firm markings, including the catalyst model, name, batch number, net weight (kg), trademark, manufacturer name, and the "afraid of moisture" and "no rolling" signs specified in GB191 are clearly marked. 6.2 This product is packaged in an iron barrel lined with a sealed plastic bag. The packaging should be sealed and accompanied by a product quality certificate. The content includes model, name, gross weight, net weight, manufacturer name, batch number, production date, etc. 6.3 During transportation and loading and unloading, it is strictly forbidden to drop, roll or hit. Rainproof facilities should be provided during transportation. 6.4 The packaged products should be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent pollution and moisture. Additional notes:
