Approved by the National Machinery Industry High Commission on 1999-06-28 and implemented on 2000-01-03 En site test |JB/T9846—1999 Table■Basic data 3.3 The model of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1590. 4 Technical requirements Specifications 4.1 The product shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures: 4.2 All parts (including purchased parts and outsourced parts) shall be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department before assembly. 4.3 The quality of heat-treated parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7161. 4.4 The quality of investment castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7162 4.5 The quality of forgings shall meet the requirements of JB/T7163, 4.6 The quality of machined parts shall meet the requirements of 1G4. 4. The quality of welded parts shall meet the requirements of JR/716T. 4.8 The assembly quality of products shall meet the requirements of JB/T7165. 4.9 The cleanliness of products shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Product cleanliness Please follow the degree 4.10 All parts of products of the same variety and specification shall meet the requirements of 5.1.50 ·4.11 Within the specified range of corrosion pressure and leakage, the oil outlet plate shall be able to be adjusted and closed. 5.0 4.12 Under normal use, the oil supply of the product is fixed, and the oil supply shall not change due to machine operation. 4.13 The surface of polycarbonate parts shall not be painted; parts with light-treated (blue) surfaces are generally not suitable for painting. 4.14 The coating quality of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/85. 4.15 The anti-rust quality of the product shall comply with the provisions of B/3576. 5 Test method 5.1 When the product is under a pressure 10% higher than the rated operating pressure, check that there is no air leakage on each surface and joint, and oil leakage is zero. 5.1 The cleaning degree of the product shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of B/4041. 6 Inspection regulations 6.1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and there must be a certificate of product quality. Qualified technical documents can be issued! . 6.2 Product factory inspection shall be carried out according to the inspection specifications formulated by the manufacturer based on the specific products, but it shall ensure compliance with the requirements of 4.11 and 4.12.
