General Requirements for Physical Test Methods of Vulcanized Rubber
1 Subject Content and Scope of ApplicationWww.bzxZ.net
HG/T2198-91
This standard specifies the technical conditions for sample preparation and the requirements for the value of test instruments and test data. This standard applies to physical tests of vulcanized rubber. Unless otherwise specified in other standards, they should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 2 Reference Standards
GB/T2941 Standard temperature, humidity and time for environmental conditioning and testing of rubber samples. GB5723 General provisions for dimensional measurement of test pieces and products for vulcanized rubber tests. GB9865 Preparation methods for vulcanized rubber samples and test specimens. 3 Sample Preparation
3.1 Test specimens can be cut from special molded samples. Before cutting and testing, they should be adjusted according to the provisions of GB2941. 3.2 For samples polished by grinding wheels, the conditioning time at standard room temperature should not be less than 16 hours before cutting the specimens. Note: The temperature of the internal quality control sample should be adjusted for no less than 2h. 3.3 The preparation of the finished sample should be carried out in accordance with the product standard. 3.4 The grinding of the finished sample should be carried out in accordance with the following provisions: 3.4.1 The over-thick sample should be cut to a thickness close to the standard. 3.4.2 The uneven surface should be ground.
3.4.3 The grinding method of the sample should be in accordance with the provisions of 4.8.3 and 4.8.4 of GB9865. 3.5 The hard rubber sample should be machined to remove at least 1mm of the surface layer and make the surface smooth. 3.6 When cutting the sample with a cutting machine, the blade of the cutter should be lubricated with water or a neutral soap solution. 3.7 When cutting the sample with a cutting machine, only one sample is allowed to be cut at a time, and the films should not be overlapped. When cutting, it must be cut at one time, and the knife should not be used repeatedly.
3.8 The working part of the sample should not have any defects or mechanical damage. 3.9 The force direction of the sample should be consistent with the calendering and extrusion direction. Note: In the test method, unless otherwise specified. 3.10 The thickness or height of the working part of the specimen is measured with a thickness gauge with a graduation of 1/100 mm. The measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of Method A in GB5723.
3.11 Only specimens of the same specification prepared by the same method can have comparable test results. 4 Test conditions
4.1 Except for the test items otherwise specified in the test method or product standard, all rubber physical tests shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The test room temperature and relative humidity shall be recorded in the test report. 4.2 Various equipment, instruments and tools used in the test shall ensure the measurement accuracy specified in the corresponding test method. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 23, 1991 and implemented on December 1, 1992
HG/T 2198--.91
4.3 When using a mechanical tensile testing machine for various tests, it must be ensured that the load used is within the range of 15%~80% of the full load of the test instrument.
4.4 Various test instruments such as thermometers, cutters, thickness gauges, hardness gauges, tensile testing machines, etc. must be calibrated before use. 5. Arrangement of test data
5.1 The standard stipulates that the test results of the test items shall be expressed by arithmetic mean or median. The data arrangement shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 5.1.1 The arithmetic mean is calculated using all the test data of the same item. If the deviation of each test data from the arithmetic mean exceeds the provisions of Table 1, this data shall be discarded. After selection, the remaining data shall not be less than 60% of the original data, and then the average value shall be calculated. 5.1.2 Take the median of all the test data of the same item. The test data shall be arranged in ascending order. If the number of test data is an odd number, take the middle value as the median. If the number of test data is an even number, take the average of the two middle values as the median. 5.1.3 The number of specimens representing the average value of the test results shall not be less than the minimum number specified in the test method, otherwise all the test data shall be invalidated and the test shall be repeated.
5.2 The method of obtaining the value of the test data and the allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding test method standards. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of the Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
