Steel multifunctional door frame profiles
JG/T 152—2003
This standard specifies the classification, model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of steel multifunctional door frame profiles (hereinafter referred to as profiles).
This standard applies to multifunctional door frame profiles produced by cold-rolled steel plates and steel strips using cold bending and rolling forming processes. 2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions established in GB/T5823 and the following apply to this standard. 3.1
Steel multifunction external doorframesteel multifunction external doorframe is a doorframe made of cold-rolled steel plates and steel strips. 3.2
Profiles of steel multifunction external doorframe is a doorframe made of cold-bending and rolling technology. 3.3
Pocket wave of profile“During the cold-bending and rolling process, the surface of the profile appears uneven and wave-like, which is called the profile surface wave. The vertical distance from the adjacent trough to the wave peak is defined as the wave value, in mm. 4 Classification and specification model
4.1 Classification and code
4.1.1 According to the number of notches
a) Single notch type, represented by D, see Figure 1 left; b) Double notch type, represented by S, see Figure 1 right.1
JG/T 152—2003
Single slot
4.1.2 Classification by installation form
Figure 1 Slot and slot height
a) Door frame with covered seam, indicated by G, see Figure 2 left; b) Door frame without covered seam, (code omitted), see Figure 2 right. Door vertebra with covered seam
4.1.3 Classification by function
Figure 2 Door frame with and without covered seam
a) Ordinary type, indicated by P;
b) Fireproof type, indicated by H;
c) Burglarproof type, indicated by A;||tt ||Insulation type, indicated by B.
4.2 Specifications
Double notch
Door frame without cover
The specifications of the profile are indicated by the profile cross-sectional dimensions (i.e. the width of the profile × the height of the profile), see Figure 3. Door leaf
Profile height
4.3 Plate thickness
The thickness of the plate used for rolled profiles is expressed in millimeters. 4.4 Marking
Figure 3 Profile specifications
Profile height
The model marked on the profile consists of classification number, specification, plate thickness, and modification serial number. No change is needed. The code sequence is: Example: Modification serial number (I, II.) 1. Plate thickness 2. Specification 3. Classification number 4. JG/T152-2003 5. The door frame profile with single notch anti-theft and heat preservation type, profile height 45mm, profile width 95mm and plate thickness 2mm is marked as DAB95×45-2. 5. Technical requirements 5.1 Materials 5.1.1 The materials used to make profiles should meet the requirements of GB/T912. 5.1.2 Profiles that are partially rolled using steel strip joints should be cut off from the finished product. 5.1.3 The material thickness of profiles with anti-theft requirements should not be less than 2mm. 5.1.4 Profiles with fire protection requirements should use 1.2mm~1.5mm cold-rolled steel plates. 5.2 Profile cross-sectional dimensions requirementswwW.bzxz.Net
For profiles with anti-theft requirements, the tongue height should not be less than 12mm, see Figure 1. 5.2.2
For profiles with fire protection requirements, the tongue height should not be less than 14 mm, grooves for installing sealing strips (or fire ropes) should be provided. For profiles with sealing requirements, grooves for installing sealing strips should be provided. The allowable deviation of the profile dimensions is shown in Figure 4.
Figure 4 Profile Dimension Tolerance
For other parts of the profile without dimension tolerances, the tolerance requirements of H14, h14, JS14, and js14 in GB/T1804 shall be implemented. For those without shape tolerances, the tolerance requirements of straightness and flatness level 12 in GB/T1184 shall be implemented. The specific dimensions and tolerance requirements of the profile section shall be based on the technical drawings signed by the supply and demand parties. 5.2.5 The verticality between the width and height surfaces of the profile is 90° ± 1. 5.3 Length Dimension Deviation
The fixed length of the profile is 6000mm, and the allowable length deviation is mm. Special lengths can be determined according to contract requirements. 5.4 Bending and twisting
The bending and twisting of the profile (length 1000mm) shall comply with the following provisions: 3
JG/T152-2003
Axis bending: F, <1 mm;
Y axis bending: F, <1 mm;
Twist angle around the axis: α <3°, see Figure 5.5.5.5.1 Profile surface wave
The profile surface wave shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Figure 5 Twist and bending diagram
