It must prevent blockage and material seepage to keep the conveying smooth. The conveyor belt should have a sufficient width suitable for the specific characteristics of the conveyed material. The conveyor angle must be designed to prevent the material from slipping or falling under normal working conditions. The conveyor should be equipped with control devices to ensure uniform feeding. The position and size of the discharge port must ensure that the material is discharged dynamically by its own gravity. The receiving point should be set at a horizontal level, and a guide plate should be installed. When the receiving point is set at an inclined position, auxiliary loading facilities should be installed. The vertical feeding device section should be equipped with a drop baffle; the material receiving point should be equipped with a device to reduce the impact force. 3.5 When conveying fine materials, the conveyor surface and the return section should be equipped with a cleaning device that is suitable for the double wind. The material scraper should be installed in front of the inclined section of the conveyor belt to eliminate all the factors that may cause the conveyor belt to run. 3-6 The inclined conveyor should be equipped with a safety device that stops the speed or reverses. This device plays a protective role when the power is cut off or friction occurs.
3.7 The moving parts on the conveyor should be equipped with a stop limit device regardless of whether they are moving or running. 3.8 It is strictly forbidden for personnel to cross or pass under the conveyor without a special road. 3.9 When the conveyor is on the working platform or on the pass, a protective device to prevent collision with objects should be installed. 3.10 High-strength bolts must be processed according to the design technical requirements and tightened with special tools. 3.11 Conveyor parts that are prone to danger should be protected when approached by people. 3.11.1 Conveyor head, turning parts of the vertical pulley and adjacent turning parts are considered to be dangerous when the angle is more than 3° (referring to the angle added by the angle caused by the angle of the line) (Figure 1 Figure 3). 3.11.2 The position shown in Figure 4 before the conveyor is prone to danger when it is different from the position specified in Table 1. Figure 1 Dangerous area construction center 7 8429 GK 1478493 Personnel can stay horizontally away from the dangerous area.
