5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements

5.1.1 The basic parameters, accuracy and technical conditions of the riveting machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
5.1. The purchased parts (including electrical appliances, hydraulic components and seals) of the riveting machine shall comply with the relevant standards and obtain their production license or certificate of conformity.
5.1.3 The fixed positions of various signs or logos on the riveting machine shall comply with the design requirements and be clear and durable. Their fixed positions shall be correct, solid and beautiful, and shall comply with the provisions of GBT13306. 5.,4. The body of the riveting machine shall have sufficient rigidity, and its rigidity shall comply with the relevant provisions of Taiwan. 5.1,5 The noise of the riveting machine shall be measured according to JB/T3623, and its noise limit shall comply with the provisions of JB9967. 5.2 Safety protection requirements
5.1.1 The safety protection of the riveting machine shall comply with the provisions of GR17120. 5.2.2 The safety requirements of the electrical part shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 5226.1, and the safety requirements of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of 1.2 of GB 3766-1983.
5.7.3 The direction of rotation shall be marked on the obvious part of the motor; the external coupling shall have a protective cover, and the parts that may be automatically loose shall have a reliable anti-loosening device.
3.2.4 The balancing device shall be safe and reliable.
5.2.5 The riveting machine shall have a reliable over-break safety device, which shall be safe and reliable when turning over. 5.2.6 The hydraulic circuit of the riveting machine shall be properly fixed and secure near the joint, and the quality of the high-pressure hose shall meet the requirements of relevant standards. 5.1 Processing quality
5.3.1 The processing of parts shall meet the requirements of design, process and relevant standards. 5.3.2 The machined surface should not have rust, burrs, bumps, scratches, etc., and should not have sharp edges and corners except for special requirements. 5.3.3 The hardness value of parts that require heat treatment must meet the design requirements, and their heat treatment specifications should meet the requirements of the drawings. 5.4 Assembly quality
5.4.1 The riveting machine should be assembled according to the assembly process specifications. The parts and their surface quality, gaskets and seals, etc. should not be damaged due to assembly. The parts assembled on the riveting machine should meet the quality requirements. 5.4.4 The joint surface between the fuselage and the oil cover should be closely fitted. After pre-tightening, use a 0.05mm feeler gauge to check. The allowable depth of the gauge should not be greater than 1/4 of the contact surface. The cumulative length of the distance between the contact surfaces should not be greater than 1/10 of the circumference. 5.4.3 Before assembly, the pipeline, oil tank and filling device must be cleaned according to the process specifications. The cleanliness of the hydraulic system should meet the requirements of JB/T9954.
5.4 All pipes, pipe joints, main plates and other fixed and moving parts should be connected and sealed well: there should be no falling phenomenon,
5.4. The hydraulic and electrical circuits of the riveting machine should be arranged reasonably and neatly, the connections should be safe and reliable, and should not be interchanged with relatively moving parts.
5.5 Hydraulic and electrical turntable quality
S. 5.1 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the riveting machine should comply with the provisions of GB/T3766, and all the correct components in the hydraulic system should comply with the provisions of 3

5.5.2 Electrical equipment

The electrical equipment of the riveting machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226.1. 5.6 Appearance quality
5.6. The surface of the riveting machine shall not have any bumps, depressions or roughness not specified in the drawings, and the surface of the parts shall be neat and symmetrical without obvious misalignment.
5.2 The paint plate of the riveting machine shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 5.6.3 The countersunk head shall not protrude from the surface of the riveting machine, the fixing pin shall not protrude from the surface of the part, the tail end of the bolt shall protrude from the nut, and the protruding part shall not be too long and uneven.
6 Test method
6.7 Basic parameter inspection
The basic parameter inspection of the machine should comply with the provisions of Table 6.2 Idle operation test
Each machine should be subjected to variable load test, and the running time should be at least 2 hours. The accuracy, reliability, noise, oil temperature and temperature of its electrical system, hydraulic system, operation should be inspected. 6.3 Load test
The load test should be carried out after the empty load test is passed. The load test should be carried out according to the nominal force. The total test time should not be less than 2 hours. The accuracy, operation accuracy and the action of all mechanisms, the electrical system, hydraulic system, oil temperature, noise, the number of potassium drinks per minute, etc. should all comply with the provisions. 6. 4 Overload test
The overload test is carried out after the load test. The overload test is carried out at 110% of the nominal force, and the number of times shall not be less than two times. After the test is qualified, all parts should not have permanent deformation or damage. 6.5 Reliability test
The reliability test shall comply with relevant regulations.
6.6 Stiffness test
The stiffness test shall comply with relevant regulations.
7 Inspection
7.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Inspection
Each riveting machine shall be inspected according to the provisions of Table 4. It can be inspected only after the inspection. 7.3 Type inspection
