The first three digits after it are the rated voltage kV, and the last two digits are the sequence number. 3.2 Tolerance of porcelain sleeve and surface shape and position:
a) The parallelism of the two end faces of the porcelain sleeve after grinding JB/T15421999
The height of 670mm and 700mm should not be greater than 1mm, and the height of 1100mm and 1200mm should not be greater than 2mm; b) The flatness of the two end faces of the porcelain sleeve after grinding should not be greater than 0.5mmc) The radial direction of the support porcelain sleeve clamping surface is allowed to be ground into the main body 23mm in one direction; Figure 3
d) After the arc extinguishing chamber porcelain sleeve is ground, the verticality of the central axis of the inner hole to the bottom end face is 4.5×10-×H (H is the porcelain sleeve height, in mm)
e) The creepage distance of the porcelain sleeve is allowed to have a negative tolerance of 5% (positive tolerance is not specified). 4 Technical requirements
The mechanical strength of the porcelain bushing shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

1 The bending failure value of the porcelain bushing shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer before the provisions of this standard are made. 2 If the manufacturer supplies unground porcelain bushings, the dimensional deviation shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. 4.2 Except for the provisions of this standard, the rest shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB772. 5 Acceptance rules and test methods

5.1 The tests of porcelain bushings are divided into individual tests, spot checks and type tests. The test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T775, 2

5.2 Porcelain bushings shall be subject to random inspection tests in batches. Porcelain bushings of the same type made by the same process shall be counted as one batch, and the quantity in each batch shall not exceed 100.
All porcelain bushings shall be subjected to the tests and inspections in Table 3 one by one. If any of the requirements specified in the table are found not to be met, the porcelain bushing does not meet the requirements. 5.3

Note: For wet-formed porcelain bushings, when the manufacturer can ensure that the hydraulic pressure resistance requirements are met, sampling is allowed to be spot-checked according to 5.4 of this standard after the hydraulic pressure resistance test.
The spot-check test shall be carried out according to Table 4 or Table 5 after each test, and the number of tests shall not be less than 2. 5.4

When new products are trial-formed or when normal products are modified in structure, raw material formula and process methods, type tests must be carried out. The number of test pieces is 2. After passing the routine test, the test is carried out in the order shown in Table 6 (items 1, 2, 4, and 5 for arc extinguishing chamber porcelain sleeves and items 1, 2, 3, and 5 for pillar porcelain sleeves).

During the type test, if even one porcelain piece does not meet any of the requirements specified in Table 6, the type test is unqualified. Packaging and marking
The porcelain bushing should be packed in a box. The porcelain bushing must be packed well and padded tightly. The box must be firm to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation (if the user agrees in 6.1
, it is allowed to deliver without packaging). The following should be marked on the packaging box:
a) Manufacturer's name;
b) Porcelain bushing model (or code)
c) Porcelain bushing quantity;

d) "Handle with care", "Porcelain parts" and other words or indication marks. The porcelain bushing should be clearly and firmly marked with the manufacturer's trademark and the year and month of manufacture according to the specified position of the drawing. 6.3
Each porcelain bushing delivered should have the qualified seal of the Technical Inspection Department. 6.4
