2.1.1 The donor shall provide a written statement of the pumping unit type, installation method and stroke of the pumping unit before installation. 3.1.2 The existing parts of the Christmas tree shall be intact, and the head elevation and handwheel tide shall meet the design requirements. Check that the pipe head and the parallel port device are firmly connected. 2.1.3 The vertical deviation of the oil tree should be less than 3mm. 1.1.4 The oil tree should not have leakage, etc. 2.1.5 The site should be complete and meet the on-site construction conditions. 2.1.6 After inspection by the design unit and the construction unit, the oil tree and the site handover acceptance form should be filled in and the handover procedures should be handled. 2.2 Inspection and acceptance of the oil pump
2.2.1. After the oil pump arrives, there should be a delivery note, and the construction unit should participate in the inspection and acceptance of the oil pump.
2.2.2 During the inspection and acceptance, the following inspections shall be conducted: 1. The equipment shall be in good condition;
2. Packing materials and technical documents shall be complete; 3. Check the model and assembly number of the pumping unit;
4. Check according to the packing list, and the parts shall be complete, and there shall be no damage, corrosion, etc.
2.2.3 After the inspection and acceptance, the equipment inspection and acceptance records shall be carefully recorded, and the inspection and acceptance procedures shall be completed.
3. Construction and inspection and acceptance of the pumping unit foundation
3.1. The foundation must be sufficient to support and stabilize the pumping unit: When calculating the working load, the total weight of the pumping unit foundation and the operating load of the pumping unit shall be fully considered. 3.0.2 The foundation must be built on the original foundation. The fill ground should be excavated below the old layer. 3.0.3 When filling the ground, it must be compacted. The density of the substance must not be less than the first: the soil. The ratio of cement to cement should be 3:7. The density after compaction should not be less than 1.55. Sand or small sand should not be placed on the foundation. The thickness should not be less than 5cm. 3.0.4 According to the site record, the foundation of the pumping unit shall be a prefabricated steel foundation or an existing foundation. The foundation must be constructed according to the specifications and drawings provided by the pumping unit manufacturer.
