This standard applies to ZBY24002- 89 "Ceramic Overglaze PVB Film Decal Paper" and ZBY24003-89≤Test Method for Ceramic Overglaze PVB Film Decal Paper" (the above two standards were issued by the State Light Industry Bureau [1999] No. 112 document, and the conversion standard numbers were QB/T3568-99 and QB/T3569-99 respectively, and the contents are the same as before) were revised, and the following contents were changed: 1. The two standards ZBY24002-89 and ZBY24003-89 were merged. 1. The scope of application of the standard was expanded. 1. Product classification was added. 1. The technical requirements were divided into three categories: printing quality, film quality, and color firing quality, and they were classified into superior products, first-class products, and qualified products. 1. The original inspection rules were revised, and the contents of factory inspection and type inspection were added. 1. Change the words "marking, packaging, transportation and storage" to "marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage", and add the content of labeling: Add the requirements for packaging of small film decals. 1. Change the validity period to the shelf life of the product. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. Visually inspect the front side at a distance of 500mm under natural light. 6.3.3 Lead and cadmium dissolution
The lead and cadmium dissolution shall be determined in accordance with GB3534. 7 Inspection rules
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection adopts the number of unqualified products per hundred units of decals (counting method). Each batch of products must be fully inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and can only be shipped after passing the factory inspection. When leaving the factory, it must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the products.
Note: In the full inspection of the manufacturer, all flowers marked with red pen are unqualified flowers. The production unit should make up for it according to the number of flowers with actual flower numbers (if less than one, count as a whole sheet). 7.1.1 The factory inspection items are the contents specified in 5.1 and 5.2 of this standard. 7.1.2 The factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828. The unqualified classification, qualified quality level, inspection level and sampling plan of each inspection item are shown in Table 2, and the normal inspection sampling plan is shown in Table 3. 7.1.3 Formation of product batches
QB/T2456-99
The inspected products should be formed into batches according to flower numbers or shapes, etc. 7.1.4 Sample selection
When the number of flowers on each flower paper is less than 8 (including 8), randomly select according to the actual sample size: when the number of flowers on each flower paper exceeds 8, the sample size must be evenly distributed on no less than 10 flower papers and then randomly selected. 7.2 Type inspection
The printing quality and film quality of the decal paper are inspected by the number of unqualified products per hundred units of decal paper (by counting the sheets). 7.2.1 Type inspection is the entire content of the technical requirements of this standard. Type inspection is carried out once a year. In any of the following situations, type inspection must also be carried out.
a) New decals are trial-formed and put into production:
b) When the raw materials and processes of normal production products have major changes, which may affect the product performance; c) When production is resumed after stopping production for more than 6 months: d) When the results of the factory inspection are significantly different from the results of the previous type inspection: e) When the superior quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.2.2 The samples for type inspection shall be drawn from a batch or several batches manufactured within the specified period and after all the batches have passed the inspection by the inspection department of the manufacturer. The sampling of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 7.1.4 of this standard. The flower FTKAOYKACa-
