The activity, radial crushing strength of particles and main chemical components of the natural gas two-stage conversion catalyst series products are tested in accordance with HG2273.4.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 The quality of the natural gas two-stage conversion catalyst series products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical indicators specified in this standard. 5.2 In normal production, products are inspected in batches, and the representative amount of each batch shall not exceed 10t. 5.3 The test samples of the products shall be randomly sampled by the dedicated personnel of the quality inspection department, and the number of sampling units shall be three times the cube root of the total number of product packaging barrels, that is, 3×V (N is the total number of barrels). If a decimal is encountered, it shall be rounded up to an integer. Take out samples of the same number of particles from the opened barrels, mix them thoroughly and divide them into chemical component analysis samples, activity and strength test samples, test samples and storage samples by the reduction method, and put them into sample bottles, seal them, and affix labels with the product name, model, batch number, representative sample, sampling date, sampler, etc. The storage samples shall be kept for at least one year for verification. 5.4 If the product fails the inspection, the relevant inspection equipment, instruments, meters, chemical reagents, etc. shall be checked and calibrated, and re-tested. If the second inspection is qualified, the third inspection is still required. If the third inspection is also qualified, the quality of the batch of products is considered qualified. If it fails the second or third time, the batch of products is considered unqualified. All unqualified products are not allowed to be sold as qualified products and shall not be mixed with qualified products in the warehouse.
5.5 When re-testing, re-sampling can be carried out according to Article 5.3 of this standard and testing can be carried out according to the test method in Chapter 4. 5.6 When judging whether the test results meet the requirements of the standard, the rounded value comparison method shall be used. 5.7 When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties on the quality of the product, the demander has the right to re-test according to the inspection methods and inspection rules specified in this standard, or ask the relevant units to arbitrate.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Natural gas second-stage conversion catalyst series products should be packaged in moisture-proof and pollution-proof iron barrels, and the outer wall of the packaging barrel must be painted with gray or grayish white paint. The drum contains 40~50kg of catalyst.62 The packaging should be sealed. The packaging container should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which should be stamped or represented by the inspector.
6.3 The outside of the packaging container should be firmly marked with the catalyst model, name, batch number, gross weight (kg), net weight (kg), trade mark, production date, and manufacturer's name, and the moisture-proof mark in Figure 6 and the prohibition of rolling mark in Figure 8 in GB191 should be clearly marked.6.4 The packaged products should be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent pollution and moisture.6.5 During transportation and loading and unloading, it is strictly forbidden to drop, roll or collide. During transportation, there should be rain protection facilities.Additional instructions:
