4.1.2 Ambient and medium temperature: 5~60℃.4.2 Sealing
There should be no leakage at the outlet and joints of the pressure reducing valve under the nominal pressure for 2 minutes. 4.3 Pressure regulation
When the nominal pressure is input to the inlet, adjust the pressure reducing valve. The outlet pressure should change evenly within the specified pressure regulation range without any jump.
4.4 Pressure characteristics
Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992
HG/T 2062-91
When the air flow rate of the pressure reducing valve is 960L/min, the value of the change of its set outlet pressure with the inlet pressure shall not be greater than 0.05 MPa.
4.5 Pressure resistance
The pressure reducing valve shall be subjected to a pressure resistance test of not less than 1'min at 1.5 times the nominal pressure. During the test, all parts shall not be damaged or abnormally deformed.
4.6 Durability
Under the specified working conditions, the pressure reducing valve shall comply with the technical performance specified in Articles 4.2 to 4.5, and the number of operations shall not be less than 1 million times. 4.7 Appearance
The plating and paint on the outer surface of the pressure reducing valve shall be uniform, smooth and flat, without scratches, peeling and other defects. The label shall be clear and firmly installed, without falling off or warping, and the fasteners shall not be loose. 5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
5.1.1 Test medium: clean, dry and non-corrosive compressed air. 5.1.2 Test medium temperature: 15~35℃
5.1.3 The test pressure shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
Test pressure, MPa
Allowable fluctuation value
· Outlet pressure, MPa
5.1.4 Test environment temperature: 15~35℃
5.1.5. Test instruments and meter accuracy: pressure gauge shall not be lower than Class 0.4; ||t t||The flow meter is not lower than grade 2.5;
The thermometer (meter) is of ordinary type:
5.2 Sealing test
0.25~1.60
5.2.1 When the inlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve is 2.50MPa and the outlet pressure is zero, apply soapy water to the outlet and observe that the sealing condition shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.
5.2.2 When the inlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve is 2.50MPa and the outlet pressure is adjusted to 1.60MPa, apply soapy water to the locking cover, pressure gauge connection, screw plug and overflow port and observe that the sealing condition shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 5.3 Pressure adjustment test
When the nominal pressure is input to the inlet of the pressure reducing valve, adjust the pressure reducing valve and observe that the change of its outlet pressure shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3.
5.4 Pressure characteristic test
The principle of pressure characteristic test and the structure of pressure taking port are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 respectively. The outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve to be tested is adjusted to 0.25, 0.40, 0.63, 1.00 and 1.60MPa respectively, and the outlet flow is 960Lm (the inlet pressure is adjusted from high to the lower limit pressure that can meet the outlet pressure and flow). Then, starting from the lower limit pressure, the inlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve to be tested is gradually increased. Each time it is adjusted, the outlet pressure is measured once until the inlet pressure is adjusted to the highest. The pressure change value calculated based on the measured outlet pressure value should comply with the provisions of Article 44. 5.5 Pressure resistance test

Input water with 1.5 times the nominal pressure into the inlet of the pressure reducing valve, adjust the outlet pressure to 2.50MPa, and close the outlet. Maintain the pressure for 1min. Observe that the pressure resistance of the pressure reducing valve should comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. 5.6 Durability testwwW.bzxz.Net
