This standard specifies the model, size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of enameled steel substrates for hybrid integrated circuits (hereinafter referred to as "substrates"). 1.2 Applicable pressure This standard is applicable to the composite electric wire with low residual steel, stainless steel or other metal base as the core and a layer of ceramic shaft on the surface. 6.1 The inspection batch
shall consist of the same type of substrates produced on the same production line with the same raw materials and manufacturing technology. 6.2 Acceptance inspection
shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 of GB2828, and the batch inspection shall be carried out once the normal inspection is completed. 6.3 Periodic inspection
The manufacturer shall conduct periodic inspection according to the requirements specified in Table 1 (except for dimensional tolerances). When the number of samples is 10, the number of unqualified products is allowed to be 1. When the number of samples is 5 or 2, no unqualified products are allowed. Periodic inspection shall be carried out at least once a year. When the manufacturing process and raw materials are significantly changed, periodic inspection shall be carried out. Unless otherwise specified in the order, each inner and outer package shall be marked with + product name:

7.2 Packaging
. The substrate shall be packed and have qualified positive. b. Products picked up by the manufacturer may not be packed outside.
