The scraper shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The bending resistance test of the scraper shall comply with the provisions of Table 3, and the test piece shall not have visual cracks after the test. 4.2

4.3 Under the condition that the bending resistance of the scraper meets the provisions of Table 3, the steel grade shall be selected by the manufacturer and shall comply with the provisions of national standards or industry standards.
4.4 Forged scrapers shall not be overburned, and there shall be no defects such as cracks, folds, and scars on the surface. 4.5 Cast scrapers shall be sanded and burrs shall be removed. The residual height of the pouring and riser shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the offset of the box shall not exceed 1.5mm. Porosity, shrinkage, slag inclusions, cracks and other defects are not allowed. 4.6 Minor surface defects that do not damage the normal use of the scraper shall not be a reason for rejection. , 4.7 The scraper surface shall be coated with an anti-rust protective layer. 5 Test method
5.1 Test equipment
The loading range of the test machine shall meet the loading range requirements of the scraper bending test, and its accuracy level shall meet the first-level accuracy standard, and shall be calibrated regularly.
5.2 Bending performance test
5.2.1 The scraper is placed freely on the test tire frame of the test machine, and the span L between the two supporting points and the applied load P shall meet the requirements of Table 3. The loading form is shown in Figure 3.
5.2.2 The tire frame hole diameter size shall meet the following requirements: The tire frame hole of the scraper with a groove width less than 630mm is 30mm, and the tire frame hole of the scraper with a groove width greater than (equal to) 630mm is 40mm.
5.2.3 Start the testing machine, make the pressure head contact the scraper, and load it to the initial load of 2kN, and record the height eaa indicated by the scale of the testing machine at the same time.
5.2.4 The load P is increased to the value specified in Table 3 at a loading rate of 10N/mm2 per second (the cross-sectional area is calculated according to the total cross-sectional area of ​​the round link chain used), and then unloaded to the initial load, and then record the height e1 of the scale of the testing machine after deformation. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each batch of scrapers must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 182

6.2 The test piece should be randomly selected from the finished scraper, and the test piece shall not have any coating that conceals the defects. 6.3 Scraper defects are divided into Class A unqualified and Class B unqualified. Three Class B unqualified are counted as one Class A unqualified. 6.4 In Table 1 and Table 2, the unqualified dimension A is a Class A unqualified, and the rest are Class B unqualified. 6.5 In Article 4.4 and Article 4.5, cracks are Class A unqualified, and the other defects are Class B unqualified. 6.6 Factory inspection
Factory inspection includes dimension, surface quality inspection and bending performance test. The inspection counting sampling procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the secondary sampling plan of GB/T2828 standard.
6.6.1 Dimension and surface quality inspection
The scrapers produced in batches are inspected in batches of 281 to 500 pieces. If the number is insufficient, it is still regarded as one inspection batch. The sample inspection level adopts the special inspection level S-3. The scrapers that pass the size and surface quality inspection are 501 to 1200 pieces as an inspection batch. If the number is insufficient, it is still regarded as one inspection batch. Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of factory inspection in Article 6.6. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Each manufacturer shall print, forge or cast its product logo on a conspicuous part of the scraper. 7.2 When the scraper is shipped as a separate product, it shall be firmly tied or packed in boxes and shall not fall apart during transportation. A product quality certificate shall be attached. The certificate shall include specifications, quantity, manufacturer, inspection date and inspector code. 7.3 When the scraper is shipped with the main machine, MT/T150 shall be followed.
