5.1 Operation test
Adjust the machine to a working state according to the procedures specified in the product manual (when there is no mold, a wooden block can be used instead and placed between the movable mold and the fixed mold mounting seat).
a) Move the operating handle to the left (press the button switch on the left) to raise the left movable mold (seat) to the position and hold the pressure for about 10 seconds; b) After the pressure holding is completed, move the operating handle back to the middle position to lower the left movable mold (seat); c) Move the operating handle to the right (press the button switch on the right) to raise the right movable mold (seat) to the position and hold the pressure for about 10 seconds; d) After the pressure holding is completed, move the operating handle back to the middle position to lower the right movable mold (seat); e) Repeat the above actions for 2 hours.
5.2 For the inspection of the basic parameters of 3.4, use a steel ruler and a stopwatch to check the working stroke and lifting speed of the movable mold when the machine is running. 5.3 For the inspection of the smooth operation of 4.2.1, visual inspection and hand feeling methods can be used to check and judge. 5.4 For the inspection of parallelism of 4.2.3, a dial indicator is fixed on the meter stand, with the lower plane as the reference plane, and the meter stand is moved vertically and horizontally to see if the meter reading is within the specified value.
5.5 For the inspection of the pipeline quality of 4.3.1, visual inspection methods can be used to check and judge. 5.6 For the inspection of pressure adjustment of 4.3.2, the pressure regulating valve can be adjusted, the random pressure gauge can be observed, and the method of hand feeling and self-test can be used to check and judge. When the molding pressure is high, it is usually a composite pressurized oil circuit. The moment when the left movable mold (seat) or the right movable mold (seat) rises to the position and the pressure is increased and maintained is the working pressure of the hydraulic system. Adjust the pressure regulating valve, observe the random pressure gauge, and check and judge by hand feeling and purpose methods. 258
QB/T 2337—1997
5.7 For the inspection of the oil temperature of the oil tank in 4.3.3, after continuous operation for 2 hours, insert a 0℃~100℃ thermometer into the oil inlet of the hydraulic pump of the oil tank for actual measurement. 5.8 For the inspection of the leakage of the hydraulic system in 4.3.4, after continuous operation for 2 hours, use visual inspection to check and judge. 5.9 For the inspection of the tightness of 4.3.5, use visual inspection to check and judge. 5.10 For the inspection of the insulation resistance of 4.4.1, test according to the relevant provisions of Chapter 13 of GB/T5226—1985. 5.11 For the inspection of the buttons and indicator lights in 4.4.2, use the method of simulated operation according to the relevant provisions of 8.2.3 of GB/T5226-1985, and judge by hand feeling and visual inspection.
5.12 For the inspection of the electrical circuit in 4.4.3, use visual inspection to judge. 5.13 For the appearance quality inspection of 4.5, the sensory visual method shall be used for judgment. 5.14 For the machine noise inspection of 4.6.1, the inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB\7612. 5.15 For the safety protection device inspection of 4.6.2, the sensory visual method shall be used for judgment. 5.16 The maximum molding pressure of the inner bottom forming machine is a theoretical calculation, and the formula is: F~0. 25×10-3×yuanpD2
Where: F-
Maximum molding pressure, kN;
Maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system, MPa;
Diameter of the hydraulic cylinder plunger, mm.
Should comply with the specification series of 3.3.
