ICS25.060.20 Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China JB/T3326—1999 Bargauge Published on May 20, 1999 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T3326—1999 This standard is revised on the basis of JB3326-83 "Bargauge". The technical content of this standard is consistent with that of JB3326-83, and it has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix. This standard replaces JB3326-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Measuring Tools and Instruments. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Harbin Measuring Tools and Cutting Tools Factory. This standard was first published as GL1162 in 1962 and revised for the first time in July 1983. 1 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Bargauge JB/T3326-1999 Replaces JB332683 This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of gauges with accuracy levels of 0 and 1. This standard applies to gauges used to test the pitch diameter of threads. Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 2.1 Gauge A needle-shaped measuring instrument with a certain nominal diameter for measuring the pitch diameter of threads by the indirect method. 3 Types and sizes The type of gauge is shown in Figure 1. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999 4 b) Type I Figure 1 Measuring needle Implementation on January 1, 2000 The basic dimensions of the measuring needle are specified in Table 1. Type of measuring needle JB/T3326-1999 e) Type III Figure 1 (end) Nominal diameter D Technical requirements Type of measuring needle JB/T3326—1999 Table 1 (end) Nominal diameter D The measuring needle should be made of carbon tool steel T12A or alloy tool steel GCr15, Cr, CMn and other materials. The hardness of the measuring surface of the measuring needle shall not be less than 60HRC, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R is 0.04μm. b For the dimensional deviation, roundness tolerance, taper tolerance and generatrix straightness tolerance of the nominal diameter D of the measuring needle, please refer to the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Accuracy grade Nominal diameter D 0.118-6212 Dimensional deviation Roundness tolerance A Taper tolerance Within the deviation range of diameter D Note: Within the range of 1mm from the edge of the measuring surface, the roundness tolerance, taper tolerance and generatrix straightness tolerance are not calculated. 4.4 The measuring needles shall be supplied in groups, with 3 measuring needles in each group. The straightness tolerance B of the busbar is not greater than 1um over a length of 8mm. 4.5 Each set of measuring needles should be equipped with a plate for hanging measuring needles. The plate should be made of steel or aluminum. There should be a hole of not less than Φ3mm on the plate and the distance from the center of the hole to the middle of the working part of the measuring needle is about 70mm. 5 Marking and packaging The plate for hanging measuring needles should be marked with: a) manufacturer's name or registered trademark; b) nominal diameter; c) accuracy grade. 2 The packaging box of measuring needles should be marked with: a) manufacturer's name or registered trademark; b) nominal diameter; c) accuracy grade. JB/T3326—1999 The measuring needles shall be treated with rust prevention and properly packed before packaging. The products shall not be damaged during transportation due to poor packaging. 5.3 5.4 Each set of measuring needles that have been verified to meet the requirements of this standard shall be accompanied by a product certificate, which shall have the standard number and factory date of this standard. JB/T3326-1999 Appendix A (Reminder Appendix) Choice of measuring needle When measuring the thread pitch diameter with a measuring needle, it is recommended to select a measuring needle with the corresponding nominal diameter according to Table A1 according to the pitch of the measured thread Table A1bZxz.net Measuring needle diameter Measuring needle type Applicable pitch Inch ( Threads per inch) Gage needle diameter Gage needle type Type II JB/T3326—1999 Table A1 (Complete) Applicable pitch Inch (threads per inch) 1Select the diameter of the gauge needle according to Table A1. When measuring the pitch diameter of a single-start thread, except for those marked with "*", due to the deviation of the thread profile half angle The measurement error is very small and can be ignored. 2 When the measuring needle is used to measure the middle diameter of the trapezoidal thread and the measuring needle surface is lower than the outer diameter of the thread and the middle diameter of the through-end trapezoidal thread plug gauge is measured, the measuring needle should be selected according to the corresponding pitch with "*". At this time, the influence of the tooth profile half-angle deviation on the measurement result must be taken into account. 6 Mechanical Industry Standard JBT3326-1999 Published and distributed by the Machinery Standardization Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry Printed by the Machinery Standardization Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry (No. 2 Shouti South Road, Beijing: Postal Code 100044)* Book size 880×12301/16 Printing sheet 3/4 Number of words 14000 First printing in August 1999 First edition in August 1999 Print number 1-500 Price 1000 yuan 99-429 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
