5 Technical requirements
5.1 Environmental conditions
The air compressor should be able to work normally under the following conditions of use. Transverse ±22.5\;

The maximum inlet temperature of seawater for cooling is 32℃, and the maximum inlet temperature of fresh water for cooling is 42℃h.
The air entering the air compressor contains trace oil mist and disk mist, and the maximum relative humidity is 95%. 5.2 Performance
5.2. 1 The value of the volume flow rate measured by the air compressor under rated conditions converted into the standard volume flow rate should not be less than 95% of the value specified in Table 1, and the shaft power should not be greater than the value specified in Table 1. 5.2.2 The endurance test time of the air compressor is 500h. The main parts of the air compressor (cylinder block, cylinder head, crankcase, piston, piston pin, connecting rod, connecting rod thread, crankshaft, etc.) should not be damaged or damaged during the endurance test period that affects the normal operation of the compressor. The value of each clearance should not exceed the allowable limit value.
The service life of the air compressor valve plate and air valve spring should not be less than 1000. 5.2.3 The structure of the air compressor should ensure safe operation for 1h under the condition of rated speed and final exhaust pressure of 105% of the rated exhaust pressure.
5.2.4 Water-cooled air compressors or diesel engine-driven air compressors must be equipped with cooling water system. 5.2.5 When the first stage air intake temperature is 50℃, the cooling water temperature is 32℃ (seawater) or 42℃ (fresh water), and the final exhaust pressure is the rated exhaust pressure, the exhaust temperature of each stage (including air-cooled air compressor) should not exceed 200°C. 5.2.6 The air filter entering the air bottle shall not exceed the water intake temperature plus 30℃ for water-cooled air compressors. It shall not exceed the ambient temperature plus 40℃ for air-cooled air compressors. A small fusible plug or alarm device shall be provided at the outlet of the air compressor cooler, which will sound when the air temperature exceeds 121℃. 5.2.7 When the air compressor is operating under the rated working condition, when the first stage air intake temperature is 50℃, the lubricating oil temperature in the crankcase shall not exceed 700℃ for water-cooled type and 80℃ for air-cooled type. The flash point of the compressor oil shall be 20℃ higher than the highest compression temperature in the cylinder. 5.2.8 The oil consumption of the air compressor for compressing 1m air (inhalation state) should not be less than 0.7g. 5.2.9 The air compressor should be lubricated by long-duty lubrication. The oil filter should be able to remove mechanical impurities. The oil pump pressure should not be less than 0.1 MPa and can be properly adjusted. Necessary measures should also be taken to ensure positive lubrication when the air compressor is started. 5.2.10 The cooling water pressure of the water-cooled air compressor should not be less than 0.05 MPa. 5.2.11 The automatic control device of the narrow-displacement unit is divided into two forms: semi-automatic and fully automated. The semi-automatic mode includes automatic start-up, automatic shutdown, automatic unloading, and automatic discharge. 5.2.13 Under the condition that the user complies with the use rules, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within 12 months after delivery, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts for the user free of charge. 5.3 Safety and environmental protection requirements
5.3.1 The safety valve of the air compressor should be flexible, safe and reliable. When the exhaust control valve is fully closed, the exhaust pressure of the air compressor rises to 10% of the rated air pressure, the last stage safety valve opens, and the exhaust pressure does not rise. The starting pressure of the interstage safety valve should not exceed 120% of the rated exhaust pressure of the stage.
5.3. 2 The rupture of the safety film on the cooling water chamber or the starting pressure of the safety valve is 0. 4~0.15 MPa. 5.3.3 The noise power level of the air compressor installed on the test bench of the manufacturer and operating under rated conditions should not exceed 104dB(A)5.3.4 An air intake silencer filter should be installed at the air intake of the air compressor. 5.3.5 The air unit is installed on the manufactured test bench, and the vibration intensity value of the operation under rated conditions should not be greater than 28 mm/s. 5.3.6 The sudden action device and the transmission device should be equipped with a protective cover with metal wire mesh or steel plate as the main material. 5.4 Appearance quality requirements
5.4.1 The casting, welding and processing surfaces of the outer surface of the air compressor should be cleaned thoroughly to remove rust and dirt. The painted surface should be flat and smooth with uniform color. Fasteners and operating parts should be decorated, and the paint should be able to prevent corrosion from salt spray, oil mist and moisture. The outer surface of the cylinder and cylinder head of the air-cooled punching press is not allowed to be puttyed. It should be sprayed with thermal conductive paint with good thermal conductivity (such as silver powder paint, etc.). 5.4.2 The air pipe, water pipe and oil pipe of the air machine should be connected to (GB 3033 Painted in the specified color to indicate the purpose of the ridge. 5.4.3 External fastening parts and operating parts should be decoratively treated (such as bluing, lead plating). 5.4.4 The manufacturer guarantees that the paint of the air compressor will not peel off within 18 hours after delivery under the condition that the user complies with the usage rules. 5.5 Material requirements
5.5.1 The materials selected for the main parts of the air compressor should comply with the current domestic specifications and standards. 5.5.2 The main parts of the air compressor should undergo chemical analysis of materials: surface hardness, metallographic inspection and mechanical property test. 5.5.3 All rubber parts that come into contact with lubricating oil, compressed air or oil mist should be made of oil-resistant and temperature-resistant rubber. 5.6 Process requirements
5.6.1 The actual weight of the piston, connecting rod, and balance iron should not deviate from the weight shown on the drawing by more than the following provisions: Piston: ±5%

The air cavity and piston of the cylinder, cylinder head, cooler, liquid-gas separator, etc. should be tested for water climbing at a rated working pressure equal to 1.5%; the water pressure test pressure of the cooling water circuit is 0.5MPa+30 for all kinds of water pressure tests. min, no leakage allowed.
5.7 Structural requirements
5.7.1 The crankcase should be equipped with a lubricating oil supply hole, oil gauge, drain plug, explosion-proof valve or appropriate ventilation device. 5.7.2 The bottom of the cylinder water jacket should be equipped with a cooling water drain hole and a drain cock. The inner wall of the water cavity should be protected from corrosion. 5.7.3 The air conditioner should be equipped with an intermediate cooler and an aftercooler. The cooling water jacket shall be provided with a cooling water safety or safety membrane and equipped with a discharge cock or discharge valve.
5.7.4 The air compressor must have a discharge mechanism, and in the case of automatic control, a mechanism that can be manually operated must also be provided. 5.7.5 The air compressor shall be equipped with a liquid-gas separator. 5.7.6 The connection of the air, water and oil circuits of the air compressor shall ensure sealing, facilitate disassembly and assembly, and be vibration-proof. 4

5. 8 When the air compressor exhaust port and cooling water inlet external pipes are connected by flange structure, the air compressor external flange shall comply with GB 573, GB574.
5.9 Products supporting the air compressor, such as the prime mover and its ancillary equipment, automatic control devices, water pumps, hydraulic meters, dew reducers, etc., shall meet the requirements for marine use. The acceptance and appraisal of these products shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and regulations. 5.10 The air compressor unit shall be installed horizontally, and the crankshaft axis shall be parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hull. 6 Test methods
6.1 Adjustment test
Each air compressor shall be subjected to 2 The adjustment test can be carried out only after more than h of running-in. During the adjustment test, the air compressor is operated under rated conditions, and vibration, noise, cooling water and lubricating oil leakage and other abnormal phenomena are checked. The adjustment test results of each air compressor should be recorded in detail. 6.1.1 Adjust the oil pressure, water pressure and inlet and exhaust pressure at all levels. 6.1.2 The air compressor is operated under rated conditions, and the safety valve and safety membrane are adjusted to meet the requirements of Articles 5.3.1 and 5.3.2. 6.1.3 Carry out performance tests such as automatic start, stop, load protection, discharge and protection (alarm) to check the accuracy and reliability of its action. The number of tests should be no less than 3 times.
6.2 Performance test
All performance tests of the air compressor should be carried out with a complete set of air compressor units. The air temperature and pressure of each level of the air compressor, the pressure and water volume of the cooling water, the lubricating oil consumption, the speed, etc. are all in accordance with GB 3853 Test. 6.2.1 The method for measuring the volume flow of the air compressor shall comply with the provisions of GB3853, using the nozzle method or the tank filling method. 6.2.2 When the transformer is driven by an electric or motor, its shaft power shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB3853. 6.2.3 When the air compressor is driven by a diesel engine, the output power of the prime mover shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB1105, and the shaft power of the air compressor shall be calculated according to the following formula:

For other types of air compressors (including the same type of design: the same diameter of the modified units and units produced by the conversion) the operation time of the endurance test should be no less than 25 hours, and the cumulative number of starts during the test should be no less than 25 times. The number of starts test can be carried out in a single concentrated period of time during the endurance test, but it must be ensured that the air compressor is stopped for no less than 0.5 hours before each start. During and after the endurance test, the main parts should be disassembled for appearance quality inspection and friction and wear measurement.
6.4 Service condition test
The marine condition test of the air-displacer engine should be carried out under rated working conditions. The test items and requirements shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. 5
