Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Record paper for Y311 yarn evenness meter Record paper for Y311 yarn evenness meter 1 Subject content and scope of application QB/T3510---1999 Replaces ZBY32008--1987 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of Y311 yarn evenness meter recording paper. This standard applies to record paper for testing cotton yarn evenness meter (hereinafter referred to as yarn evenness paper). 2 Product classification 2.1 The yarn evenness paper is a roll-type recording paper, and the feeding direction is from left to right. 2.2 See Table 1 for dimensions. Vertical scale width Paper width on both sides Vertical grid width Other sizes can be produced by agreement according to user needs. Technical requirements 3.1 Main technical indicators of base paper Strip dryness record Base paper should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Gluing degree Dust degree Dust not less than 0.3~1.5mm2 Dust not more than Dust greater than 1.5mm2 3.2 Size tolerance Strip dryness paper size tolerance should comply with the provisions of Table 3. Approved by the State Bureau of Light Industry on April 21, 1999 Horizontal length of each grid 25.4,100/3 pcs/m2 Unit: mm Inner diameter of core tube Not allowed Implemented on March 1, 1999 Indicator name Parallelism between zero scale line and paper edge Width between any scale lines in the longitudinal direction Scale length of any 300mm in the transverse direction Overlap of scale lines on the front and back sides Roll length 3.3 Width of scale lines There are two types of scale lines, A and C, on a piece of dry paper: QB/T 3510-1999 The scale line A for dividing large grids is 0.4 or 0.5mm; the scale line C for dividing small grids is 0.1 or 0.2mm. The width deviation of the same scale line and the same scale line on a piece of dry paper is ±0.05mm. Unit: mm 3.4 Appearance 3.4.1 The surface of the paper should be flat and the fiber structure should be uniform. There should be no folds, wrinkles, hard blocks, holes, streaks, light spots, cracks, spots and other paper defects that affect the use. 3.4.2 The dry paper should not have broken ends. It can be printed on one side or both sides and should be rolled on a dry and hard core tube. 3.4.3 The printing ink color is green. The printed part should be correct and clear, and the ink color should be consistent. There should be no color spots and broken lines or ink marks that affect the reading. 4 Test method 4.1 Main technical indicators of base paper Quantitative determination shall be made in accordance with GB/T451 "Determination of size, skewness, quantitative determination, thickness and tightness of paper and paperboard". a. Sizing degree shall be determined in accordance with GB/T460 "Determination of sizing degree of paper and paperboard (ink streaking method)". b. c. Dust degree shall be determined in accordance with GB/T1541 "Determination of dust degree of paper and paperboard (area method)". 4.2 Size tolerance This test shall be carried out under the condition of ambient temperature of (20±2)℃ and relative humidity of 63%~67%. Before the test, the dry paper strip shall be placed under the above conditions for more than 12 hours to stabilize it, and then visually inspected with a metal ruler. The parallelism between the zero scale line and the edge of the paper should be measured within any 500mm length of the paper strip. 4.3 The scale line width should be checked on a reading magnifying glass with a magnification of 10 times. During the inspection, one A and one C line should be selected at random, and several points on the entire length should be measured. At the same time, it should be compared with several points on any other A and C lines to find out the difference in line width. 4.4 Appearance Inspect by visual inspection. 5 Inspection rules bzxZ.net 5.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch. The unit of delivery test is "roll". 5.2 Delivery test sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828 "Batch-by-batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection)". 5.3 Samples taken from sample units and processed in accordance with GB/T450 "Methods for taking average samples of paper and paperboard and processing samples before inspection" KAca QB/T3510-1999 Regulations" (2) The average sample of each packaging unit is taken. 5.4 The acceptance test inspection level is S-3, the sampling plan is a normal sampling, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 4.0%. 5.5 Batches that fail the inspection can be submitted for inspection again. The inspection level of the resubmission is 1. If it fails again, it will be judged as an unqualified batch. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage Each roll of paper should be packed in a sealed plastic bag. 6.1 6.2 The product should be packed in a carton with a layer of moisture-proof paper on all sides. The upper and lower covers of the carton should be sealed with tape, and then fastened with two plastic tapes on the outside. 6.3 Each roll of paper should have product name, product number, measurement range, factory name (factory logo) and other logos. 6.4 There should be an A on the side of the carton. Size mark Label, indicating: a. Product name; b. Product number, c. Measuring range; d. Quantity inside; e. Carton size; f. Gross weight of carton; name and work number of packer; h. Packing date; i. "Placement direction" and "Moisture-proof" etc. 6.5 The gross weight of each carton shall not exceed 15kg. 6.6 During transportation During the process, the products shall not be exposed to rain, snow or liquid substances and mechanical damage, and shall be stacked in the direction of the cartons. 6.7 During loading and unloading, cartons shall not be dragged or dropped from a height. 6.8 During storage, they shall be properly kept and stored in a dry and insect-free room.
