3. Tube mill specifications and basic turbulence parameters are shown in Appendix A (suggested Appendix). 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1. The mill shall meet the requirements of the standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical specifications approved by the prescribed procedures. This standard specifies the technical requirements and shall comply with the provisions of national standards and relevant general standards of the electromechanical industry. 4.1.2 The limit deviation of the dimensions without tolerances on the drawings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1804. The dimensions of the non-mechanically processed parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1804. The dimensions of the welded non-mechanically processed parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1804. The roundness and cylindricality tolerances of the matching surfaces without tolerances shall be half of the true diameter tolerance.
4.1.3 The dimensions of the interchangeable parts and spare parts should be consistent with each other. 4.1.4 According to the user's ordering requirements. The transmission device of the edge drive mill can be arranged in the left-hand and right-hand cutting type. 4.1.5 The structure of the general machine should be able to ensure the interchangeability of the replaceable parts of the transmission device, auxiliary bearing, cylinder and discharge hollow shaft of the same type and specification mill.
4.2 Main parts and components requirements
4.2.1 Cylinder
4.2.1.1 Cylinder and flange material
a) Carbon steel should not be lower than the provisions of Q235=B in GD/T700; for steel plates with a thickness of less than 20mm, it is allowed to use not less than the provisions of Q235-A in T1591.
b) Low alloy steel should not be lower than the provisions of Q345 in T1591. 4.2.1.2 Light flaw detection requirements
) Each link must be inspected for flaws. When ultrasonic flaw detection is used, the detection length is 25%; when radiographic flaw detection is used, the detection length is 15%. All T-type source seams and the circumferential welds connecting the body and the end cover must be fully inspected. b) Quality assessment of welded chains: When ultra-clean wave flaw detection is used, it is in accordance with T4 grade in GR.T1134.5; when radiographic flaw detection is used, it is in accordance with grade G/T3323.
4.2.1.3 Tolerances of two flanges of the simplified body
#) The coaxiality of the flanges at both ends to the axis of the simplified body is 6mm; b) The coaxiality tolerance of the flanges at both ends is Grade 8 in GB/T1184; d) The diameter tolerance of the flanges at both ends is Grade F in GB/T8n2; d) The runout tolerance of the flange end to the end face of the circular shaft is Grade 8 in B/T8914-1999; e) The position tolerance of the flange bolt hole is tmm. 4.2.2 Hollow shaft

4.3.5 After the non-axial oil pressure oil pipe channel is assembled, an oil pressure test of not less than 32MPu shall be carried out, and the duration shall not be less than 5min. 4.3.6 After the hollow shaft and the cylinder are assembled, the pre-set axial tolerance of the two hollow shafts is 0.5mm: the end face round runout tolerance of the auxiliary bearing shall be in accordance with the 10th grade in GB/T1184.
4.3.1 After the large gear is assembled, the top radial runout shall not exceed 0.25% of the diameter of the section, and the stem side runout shall not exceed 0.35% of the installed height diameter
4.3. The plate (outside the lining plate), partition plate, feed bushing and discharge lining and other parts in the mill cylinder shall be assembled in the factory. 4.5 Safety requirements
4.5.1 Large assemblies and parts shall be equipped with hooks, lifting rings, lifting devices and other hanging devices for lifting. 4.5.2 The rotating parts of the transmission device shall be equipped with protective covers or protective covers. 4.5.3 According to the requirements of 0B289, the outer surface of the protective cover of the rotating part of the transmission device shall be painted red. 4.5.4 The noise sound pressure level of the tube mill during the no-load test shall not exceed 90dB (A). 4. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
S.1 Each tube mill must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and it must be accompanied by a certificate proving that the product is qualified. S.2 The annual inspection is carried out at the site of use, and the manufacturer should send someone to supervise and guide. 5.3 The tube mill must be inspected and tested before it can be tested. 5.4 The no-load (no grinding body is installed in the cylinder) test run should be inspected according to the following requirements:) The motor, the electronic control system start-up, operation and the operation of the connecting devices of each part should be: h] The lubrication devices and cooling systems of each part work normally, and the reverse and positive values ​​of the inspection instruments; the temperature of each lubrication point is:

5.5 The load test should be carried out after the no-load test, and the following requirements should be met: a] Before operation, load 20%-30% of the rated load of the grinding material in the body. After operation, increase the load by 10% every 24 hours until it runs continuously for 96 hours at full load;
1) During the test, in addition to the prescribed inspections for the no-load test, it is also necessary to check whether the current and vibration of the motor are normal, there should be no vibration of the fastening bolts at all places, and there should be no ash leakage in the body and the inlet and outlet devices. The bearing temperature should meet the requirements of 4.4. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

6.2 The tube mill shall be disassembled and packed in accordance with the provisions of GB/T.13384. 6.3 The packaging of the parts shall be firm and reliable, and the parts in the box shall be protected from rain and overflow. 6.4 For the large gear that is disassembled and transported in two halves, reinforcement measures shall be taken to ensure its correct shape and prevent deformation. 6.5 The outside of the packaging box and the operating parts should be clearly marked with text and symbols, including: a) the recipient and address; b) product name, specifications and factory number; box number, dimensions, net weight, gross weight and transportation mark; d) manufacturer name.
