Circular tube belt conveyor

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of circular tube belt conveyors (hereinafter referred to as tube belt conveyors). This standard is applicable to tube belt conveyors that use a number of rollers to form a regular polygonal roller group to force the conveyor belt to form a circular tube shape and continuously transport various loose materials such as powder, granular and blocky materials.
This standard does not apply to other structural types of tubular belt conveyors. 2 Normative references

3.1 Type
3.1.1 Belt conveyor can be divided into single circular tube type according to the structural form (only the branch conveyor section conveyor belt is supported by regular polygon roller group to form a circular tube shape), see Figure 1 and the whole Round tube type (the conveyor belts of the load-bearing and return branch conveying sections are supported by regular polygon roller groups to form a round tube shape) See Figure 2. 1

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General technical requirements
4.1.1 The pipe and belt machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The working environment temperature is -25℃ to +40℃. 4.1.3 The punching and shearing tolerances of steel plates and steel sections shall comply with the provisions of JB/T:4381-1999, and sharp edges and burrs shall be removed. 4.1.4 Castings shall comply with the provisions of 3.3 of GB/T10595-1989, GB/T9439-1988 and GB/T11352--1989. 850
4.1.5 The basic form and size of the weld groove of metal structural parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T985-1988 and GB/T986-1988, and the weld shall not have defects such as burn-through, cracks, and lack of fusion. Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of defect analysis level IⅡI in GB/T12469-1990. 4.1.6 The roller shall comply with the provisions of 3.8 in GB/T10595-1989. 4.1.7 The roller shall comply with the provisions of 3.9 in GB/T10595-1989, and special attention shall be paid to improving the dustproof and waterproof performance indicators of the roller. 4.1.8 All parts must be inspected and qualified before assembly. Matching parts and purchased parts should have a certificate of conformity and can only be used after being inspected and qualified by the inspection department according to relevant standards.
4.1.9 Driving device
4.1.9.1 The reducer for the belt conveyor shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9002-1999, the cylindrical gear reducer shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8853-2001, the shaft-mounted reducer shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7337-1994 and JB/T7007-1993, and other types of reducers shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9050.1-1999.
4.1.9.2 The electric drum shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7330-1994. 4.1.9.3 The brake wheel shall comply with the provisions of 3.7.1 of GB/T10595--1989 after installation. 4.1.9.4 The elastic coupling shall comply with the provisions of 3.7.3 of GB/T10595-1989 after installation. 4.1.9.5 The assembly of block brakes shall comply with the provisions of JB6406.2-1992. 4.1.9.6 The hydraulic coupling shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9000-1999. After assembly, the axial clearance between the shoulder end face of the motor shaft extension and the outer cylindrical end face of the active coupling of the coupler shall be guaranteed to be between 2mm and 4mm. The motor shaft and the input shaft of the working machine shall be coaxial, the radial displacement of the two axes shall not exceed 0.3mm, and the allowable deviation of the shaft angle shall not exceed 0°30'4.1.9.7 When belt transmission is used, the parallelism of the motor shaft and the input shaft of the working machine in any direction shall be level 9 in GB/T1184-1996. 4.1.9.8 The backstop shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9015. 4.1.10 The conveyor belt shall be a special conveyor belt for pipe belt conveyors. 4.1.11 Rust removal and painting
4.1.11.1 Before painting, the steel surface should be rust-free and should meet the requirements of Sa2 and St3 in GB/T8923-1988. 4.1.11.2 Painted parts should be painted with primer, intermediate paint and topcoat. The primer is not allowed to have defects such as pinholes, bubbles, sagging and paint leakage. The topcoat is required to be uniform, smooth and flat. The total thickness of the paint film is 75μm~105μ.m, and the adhesion of the paint film should reach Level 2 in GB/T9286-1998. 3

4.2 Installation and assembly
4.2.1 Installation and assembly should meet the requirements of Article 3.13 in GB/T10595-1989. 4.2.2 The general assembly of the belt conveyor can be carried out on site. The drive device and the tensioning device should be assembled in the factory. The drive device should be tested after assembly.
4.2.3· Within the full length of the whole machine, the straightness of the center line of the roller group of the straight part of the load-bearing section and the line profile of the curved part shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4.2.4 The steel plate or other material of the frame support roller group shall meet the requirements of 4.1.3, and the inner side may be ground. The straightness of the center line of the metal structure of the frame support along the conveying direction and the line profile of the curved part shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 4.2.5 The inner surface of the roller group (in contact with the conveyor belt) shall be located on the same plane (horizontal plane or inclined plane) or the arc surface of the same common radius, and the height difference of the inner surface of the three adjacent roller groups shall not exceed 2.0mm. 4.2.6 The pipe belt conveyor is equipped with a transition roller group, and its form and layout can be designed according to needs to ensure that the conveyor belt transitions smoothly between round and flat shapes, and shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.6.
4.2.7 Buffer rollers shall be set at the feeding point, and their spacing is allowed to increase or decrease according to actual needs. 4.3 Machine performance
4.3.1 The conveyor shall run smoothly; when running under load, the drive device shall not have abnormal vibration. 4.3.2 The noise value of the conveyor without load shall not be greater than the specified value of the curve in Figure 3. 4.3.3 The tensioning device should be easy to adjust. It should be flexible and ensure that the roller does not slip when the conveyor is started and running. It should move accurately when the power is tensioned.
4.3.4 The cleaning effect of the sweeper is good and the performance is stable. The contact between the scraper of the scraper type sweeper and the conveyor belt should be uniform, and its adjustment stroke should be greater than 20mm; abnormal vibration is not allowed when the conveyor is running. 4.3.5 The drive device part shall not leak oil.
4.3.6 The unloading device should not vibrate or scatter. 4.3.7 Various electromechanical protection devices need to be sensitive and accurate. The protection devices used in special occasions must comply with the provisions of the relevant industry safety regulations. In an explosive gas environment, the selected electrical equipment must comply with the relevant provisions in GB3836.1--2000. 4.3.8 The service life of rollers (excluding buffer rollers) shall not be less than 20,000 hours and the damage rate shall not be greater than 12% when the design and selection are reasonable and the speed is less than 550r/min.
4.3.9 During the use of the funnel and the guide plate, it shall be ensured that the conveyor does not block or scatter when it is running at full load. 4.3.10 There shall be no scraping, jamming, collision or abnormal noise during operation. 4.3.11 The conveyor belt shall run smoothly and in the center. The twisting of the circular tubular part is based on the vertical line between the ideal midpoint of the overlapping part of the conveyor belt and the center point of the circular tube. Under normal circumstances, the left and right twisting angles within the spacing length of 3 to 5 groups of rollers in the circular tube forming section near the head and tail transition section shall not be greater than 20°. Adjustment measures may be taken if necessary. 4.3.12 The guide trough shall ensure that there is no blockage or scattering when the pipe belt conveyor is running at full load. 5 Test methods

The following tests should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 of GB/T10595--1989: Roller dynamic rotation resistance test;
-Roller dust and water resistance test; Roller axial load test;
-Roller axial displacement measurement;

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection

Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department and accompanied by a product quality certificate before they can leave the factory. Purchased parts should have a certificate of conformity. Factory inspection items (except for routine inspection items) include: - Dust and water resistance test of rollers; - Circular runout inspection of the outer circle of rollers; - Static balance inspection of rollers

- Roller axial displacement inspection;
Paint film adhesion and thickness inspection.
6.2 Type test
6.2.1 Type test shall be conducted in any of the following cases: Pre-production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production: a)
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; During formal production, periodic inspections shall be conducted regularly or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; When production is resumed after a suspension of more than three years;
The factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; e)
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 Type test items In addition to all items that should be inspected before leaving the factory, they should also include: dynamic rotation resistance test of rollers;
bearing capacity test of rollers;
drop test of rollers;
circular runout inspection of the outer circle of brake wheels, drums, etc.: whole machine performance inspection (allowed to be carried out on site). 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The product label should be fixed in a conspicuous position on the head frame of the pipe and belt machine, and its content should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306-1991. The content includes:
product name;
product model;
main technical parameters;
production date (number) or production batch number: quality grade;
mark;
manufacturer's name.
7.2 The packaging, transportation and storage of the pipe-belt conveyor shall comply with the provisions of JB/T2647---1995. 7.3 Rainproof measures shall be taken during the storage period, and anti-rust measures shall also be taken during long-term storage. 7.4 The pipe-belt conveyor shall be accompanied by a product certificate, instruction manual and packing list when leaving the factory. 7.5 The accompanying documents shall be rainproof and shall be placed in the first box of the machine. 8 Warranty period
If the user complies with the rules for the storage, transportation, installation and use of the conveyor, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the product free of charge for the user if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within 18 months from the date of manufacture and delivery and the use time does not exceed 12 months per single shift.
