1cs 73.080 Chinese Chemical Industry Standard HG/T 2956.2~2956.82001 Analytical methods for ascharite ores2002-01-24Promulgated 2002.0701Implementation Promulgated by the State Economic and Trade Commission No.:101052002 HG/T 2966.8—2001 This standard is recommended by the chemical industry standard HG/T2956.3—1!%2Analysis of loss on ignition in ascharite as a method for the revision of the surface, This standard shall be replaced by HG/T2956.8—1932 from the month of implementation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Bureau and the Ministry of Chemical Industry's Lianyungang Institute of Standardization. The drafters of this standard are Wang Heping and Zhang Xiaoqi. This standard was first issued in 1985 as the chemical industry standard HG1-32-65% primary ore - analytical method 3; it was issued in 1982 as the national standard (H3447.8-824) and then adjusted to the recommended chemical industry standard in 1997. The original national standard GB3447.8-82 was renumbered as HG/T2256.81882. 24 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of loss on ignition in iodine-magnesium ore Gravimetric method Ascbarlte orey- ignitiun- Dhetereinaliun of loss o0 Grnriretrie The standard specifies the ignition loss of magnesium ore. This standard is used for the determination of ignition loss of magnesium ore. 2. Method summary IG/T2956.8-2001 H/12956.8—=982 The mass lost by burning the sample at X50℃ is the ignition loss, which mainly includes combined water, carbon monoxide, sulfide and organic matter. The substances are oxidized and the mass increases rapidly during the burning process. The ignition loss is the algebraic sum of the amount of each chemical reaction during the burning of the sample. 3. The sample passes through a 125um test sieve (GB/T6003.1), is heated at 105~11℃ for more than 2h, and is cooled to room temperature in a desiccator. 4. Analysis step Weigh 1g sample (0.0002g is correct), place it in a crucible that has been heated to a constant temperature, move it into a high-temperature furnace, gradually raise the height by 1080° to 1.51°, take it out, cool it, place it in a drying oven to cool for 30 minutes, weigh it, repeat the heating for 30 minutes, and weigh it. 5 Expression of analysis results The ignition loss (x) expressed as a percentage of mass point is calculated by formula (1): X Where: wwW.bzxz.Net is the mass of the sample and the crucible before ignition, is the mass of the sample after ignition, is the mass of the sample after ignition.
